I loved this little place... Down home cooking with country charm. Great atmosphere and service!!! Food was delicious...

Food was very good and the service was excellent. In fact the whole staff was very friendly. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time at a restaurant. This will be my go to place.

My wife and I have eaten breakfast here 3 times. Everytime it was very good. The service was exceptional. The prices are actually below competition. It is perfect home cooking. We will go again. We plan to try lunch there soon.

We drove 45 minutes (one way) for the Chicken Fried Steak, and it was completely worth it. Legit one of the best CFS's around. The steak batter is very light, almost like a tempura (but better), the gravy was creamy and they were very generous with it, mashed potatoes were spot on....it doesn't get better than this. We will definitely do a 90-minute round trip for the CFS again!! I was a little sad we missed the breakfast menu, which ends at approximately 11am on the weekend.

Hidden gem! I had passed by several times and today was the day I stopped in, and boy was I glad I did! Breakfast was amazing! The owner was absolutely wonderful! The food..I can't say enough! I will definitely be visiting more often.

Home cooking and great staff. If you want a cozy place to have breakfast or lunch where they always make you feel welcome and treat you like family, this is your place. Miss Jackie is always happy to say hello to her customers and make sure you have everything you need. The rest of the staff is also great and it is easy to see that they love this place as well. It gets really busy sometimes and you may have to wait for a table, but it's always worth the wait. If you haven't tried it, you are definitely missing out. Don't forget that she makes pies for holidays as well. They are wonderful!!

One of the best meals I've ever eaten. I got the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, pasta salad, and potato salad. The chicken was the perfect amount of crisp while still being moist. The pasta and potato salads were the best I've ever had. The pasta salad was tangy without being overpowering and the potato salad was my favorite egg based and super creamy and delicious. I would definitely drive from League City to eat here again!

Great hometown food. Service was fast and friendly. Large portions and reasonably priced menu items. We had the country breakfast and the breakfast plater. We can recommend both.

One of the best good old fashioned breakfast plates I've had in a long time. Eggs, bacon, sausage, ham and even the toast was cooked perfectly. The grits were good but I'll probably get potatoes next time. There definitely will be a next time.

Amazing breakfast! We were from out of town. Our waitress was a super cute young pregnant girl and she was very attentive and nice!

Excellent food!!! It was my first time eating there and definitely won’t be the last. Got lunch for the family had the chicken fried steak and it was so tender you don’t need a knife to cut it. Everything was great, the crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the steak finger basket too. We will definitely be back again soon.

My husband and I drove here from angleton to try out a new breakfast spot, sadly we were too late for breakfast, but our lunch was fantastic! All of the staff was very friendly, and made you feel right at home. The food was so good, we didn't have left overs to bring home!!!! We will definitely be back, next time to try breakfast! Highly recommend!

I have been to The Burnt Biscuit on 2 separate occasions. Both visits have been nothing short of spectacular. The Chicken Fried Chicken and the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich are phenomenal. The hamburgers are tasty and satisfying. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Do not pass by this outstanding restaurant without stopping in and enjoying some fine food and friendly staff.

ABSOLUTEY LOVE THE OWNERS!!! The staff is ALL friendly and keep up with the tables very well. The food is great and they keep a great atmosphere. Its a little cozy, home town eatery. We eat here often.

Although the guys I eat lunch with are horrible, I enjoyed the barbecue baked chicken special today. The tea and dessert were great. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the place is clean and well lit. I will try to find better friends.

This place is fantastic, I ate there a couple days ago and I’m still thinking about it. The workers are so friendly and kind. The food is brilliant and comes out in a timely manner. Can’t recommend this place enough definitely need to try it if you’re in brazoria!!!
