Queen's Head Pub

5/17/24: First visit but certainly not a last. So wonderful for Bridgton to have a RestaurantPub like this in our area, and along side the brook; such very nice outside atmosphere. The inside is very warm and inviting too. Our server was the bartender who had such a friendly, welcoming personality. Very much liked how the beer menu was ; separated into different categories of beer and what the Pub's offerings are. My husband had the Turkey Club wrap with chips which he said was very good. I went with the Cobb Salad, a favorite of mine and it was very tasty; my only complaint was that there could have been a little less greens and a little more of the other ingredients. All and all, very pleased that we chose to stop there for our lunch. Prices are very reasonable!

Finally had the chance to try it out and it did not disappoint! the food was great, wasn't that long of a wait. I had the queen Mary cocktail (I think that's what it was called, it had elderflower liqueur and honestly love that, cause its rare to carry that) it was amazing, especially with the fresh mint and paired wonderfully with the charcuterie board. the sliders were a big hit with our guests who visiting from out of town too. definitely will go back, seems like a good place to stop by and have a drink too :)

Beautiful seating out on the patio, the water is so pretty and relaxing! Our server, Beth, was absolutely amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The bartender made us some delicious cosmopolitans and the food was spectacular! Can't wait to visit again!

Server McKenna was attentive..friendly..and quick...nice choices for beer and liquor..including local Ipa's..ski season slowing down so not crowded..interesting appetizers...fish and chips where good with a generous helping of fish...I recommend that you give the Queen's Head a try..cheers

We had lunch there today and it was a great experience. The service was friendly and efficient. The lunch menu was limited, which I actually prefer. To me, this means more attention to detail, and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was delightfully upscale for the area, while not being pretentious. I look forward to returning again, and bringing visiting family with me.

My husband and I stumbled upon this place tonight while riding our bike. It’s a beautiful building we were seated. Service was excellent. The food was outstanding. I can’t wait to go back. Out waitress was the sweetest. We liked her so much. We left her a very large tip which she questioned my husband and he told her the service was so good. She deserved it then she told us that was the biggest tip she ever received. I wished I could remember her name.

We visit here often and I’m always greeted by wonderful staff from the door to the bar. Service has kept the trend of being attentive and perfectly paced. My go to every time I visit are the Brussels because they are SO delicious every single time.

Went here for lunch during a Boy's Weekend. Got a great smash burger and a beer for like $10 bucks. Sever was friendly and put up with our group dynamic. Ample indoor and outdoor seating. I'm sure this place is hopping duribg tourist season. Do recommend!

Fantastic gastro pub style restaurant in Bridgton. Amazing classic dishes and great takes on some unique pub menu options. Absolutely the best Scotch Egg I have ever had. Perfectly cooked egg surrounded by delicious sausage and fried just right. The Sheppard's pie was also delicious and perfectly cooked. Very comfortable and welcoming setting with super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Service and atmosphere were great!! Beautiful new and spacious bar. It’s a great addition for the area. Perfect pour of Guinness and the bartender made a great cocktail. Chowder was super tasty and full of haddock. Will definitely be back to try the shepherds pie!!!
Only suggestion would be more tvs in bar area for football games but otherwise looking forward to returning:)

From convenient parking ,to a short walk along the river to the side entrance to the restaurant. Hostess greeting great ! we got seated right away . We ordered our entrees and had a few excellent drinks from the bar, Food and spirits were all great that was Easter weekend. Summer's coming up quick and I'll be back the visit again

Fun rooftop tiki bar, great food, and attentive friendly staff. I love the atmosphere and the building is beautiful. I am looking forward to going back and seeing live music on the rooftop!!

Went in for drinks Saturday night. Beautiful atmosphere inside. We were greeted as we came in. Service was great- our questions were answered. I decided on the Royal Margarita which has the Queens Head own twist on it, very enjoyable. My friend got the blueberry vodka concoction they have and she really liked it as well.
Looking forward to going back for dinner.

My husband and I went on a busy Saturday evening and it was AWESOME. Our waitress Jordan was very pleasant and her timing amazing. We had the baked haddock special (so fresh, buttery and delicate) and the Fish & chips (fried perfectly, light & crispy), both were amazing, cooked perfectly. Everything was served hot, even the side of broccoli (many places your lucky to get the food luke warm) . We finished with the cheesecake and churros...just amazing.. Awesome food, Awesome atmosphere and Awesome service.
(Would love to see the baked haddock on the menu).

My experience at Queens Head has always been the best! I highly recommend for anyone looking for upscale casual dining.

Awesome spot, great food cold beer, service was ok, waitress could have been more attentive after order was taken and before food was delivered. Besides that I will be back!

Great new addition to Bridgton with a great atmosphere, food, and drinks. Ignore the 1 star reviews, some people are unable to grasp the concept that opening a new restaurant will have its initial challenges as they find their rhythm. I have been in a handful of times and can say the food and drinks have been good each time. I recommend the fish and chips.

Been several times, for both lunch and drinks and dinner. Great atmosphere at any time. Always happy with the wait staff. Very friendly and always come around at the right time to refill drinks. Food is excellent. I have had the Greek salad wrap, and more recently, the fish and chips. Always a favorite hangout of ours.

Was great and we will be back. Here is our constructive feedback:

1. Haddock chowder was too cold. I would say it needed to be at least 30% warmer.
2. Shepards pie was over all very good and seasoned quite well. However, we thought the ratio of filling to mashed potatoes was off. There needed to be more filling.

Restaurant design/architecture is wonderful and they curate the exact cozy pub feel you are looking for. Drink menu is creative and executed well. The fish and chips is some of the best we have had in the States!
