Wonderful baked goods, wonderful staff, and the best honey comb latte you’ll ever have! Their coffee is absolutely delicious. Definitely treat yourself to a coffee and baguette while you are there.

Quick stop to pick up a snack for breakfast. They had a pretty good selection of breakfast pastries. We didn’t try the sandwiches maybe next time. Very good service. Nice atmosphere you can sit outside they have tables with umbrellas. We tried the blueberry scones. very delicious. Also the pecan muffin that was a pull apart. Very tasty.
It’s tucked away in the corner, but definitely don’t miss it. It’s a nice little bakery.

I was welcomed with warm greetings, hot pastry, and a delicious oatmilk latte. I recommend the pecan pull-apart if you enjoy nuts, truly a tasty treat. There's a couple seats along the window inside. However, outside there's a couple tables for two or four. Relaxing music is played in the background. A nice place to relax and savor a coffee and pastry. They were cutting up an earl grey blondie I'm coming back tomorrow to try.

What a cute place! Everything we had was delicious. We had the croissant waffle hazelnut that was amazing. My husband had the char-cutie sandwich and it was very fresh and taste - very good baguette. I also had the honeycomb toffee coffee - unique and different. The owners are such a nice people. Definitely going back!!

Great bakery with good coffee. Had the almond croissant and it was wonderful. Friendly service and nice atmosphere. Liked the tables outside too.

Welcome to the neighborhood! What a wonderful coffee bar and bakery. Very friendly staff, great prices, and a comfy (covered) outdoor patio. Great hot and iced coffee drinks. You've got to try the Iced Honeycomb Toffee Latte. Amazing! Add this to one of their "Croffles" (think croissant/waffle fusion) and you'll have the best day ever. Or you can pair your coffee with one of their distinctly French sandwiches - on a croissant or baguette. So delicious! Looking forward to becoming a regular at Le Mèrle.

So excited to have a fun and inventive coffee shop so close! My husband and I usually drive 30-40 minutes away from our house for places that offer good, from scratch options, so we are ecstatic this is so close! Everything we’ve ordered has been amazing- the honeycomb toffee latte, nutella croffle, morning bun and the breakfast sandwich on a smoked onion and jalapeño croissant! This is a family run bakery and the owner and pastry chef, Bri, makes everything herself. Her passion for the food shines through in every single thing she makes! Both she and her dad, who helps run things, are so sweet. Absolutely love this place! Do yourself a favor and stop by this hidden gem!

Very bright, clean and simple interior/exterior. Store is tucked away on the SW end of the plaza which makes outdoor seating pleasant. The Char-cutie sandwich was delicious as was the Iced Americano. Owners were sweet and friendly. Can't wait to visit again in the future.

Great locally-owned bakery. Incredible authentic macarons, pastries, and baguettes. Everything is baked fresh daily, lovely owners & staff. Delicious

What a nice place to visit! Unique menu options all made fresh in-house. The fresh made croissant pop tarts and "croffin" waffle-crossant creations are delicious. We also enjoyed the Honeycomb Toffee Late. Awesome flavor!

Wow! We love this gem of a bakery. Nestled in the Bellaire shopping plaza with great outdoor seating and lots of shame. They have so many wonderful, homemade fresh pastries including many gluten-free options and sandwiches for everyone's taste. Not to mention the lovely coffees and much more.

This place is awesome! I’ve been there many times and every time I go the food was so good and fresh. Each sandwich is different and they have little twists to them. The drinks and the pastry’s are amazing as well. I will always be coming to Le Mèrle In the future

We stumbled on this place and tried it today. We had the best chocolate croissant I think we’ve ever had in our lives. The pastry was crunchy with flakey layers and lots of butter and the chocolate was just the right kind of bitter sweet and the perfect texture baked fresh this morning. The plain croissant was right at the top of our list. Flakey crunchy and buttery. I’d have to go to Paris to get anything better. I think we have just found our local go to french bakery.

So excited about this new place. Cappuccino on almond milk was perfect. The iced honeycomb toffee latte is a must. Macarons are delicious especially the chocolate ones. And the Croffle, oh the Croffle, we had the classic and hazelnut. It's a waffle made of croissant. Go there. Support this awesome new place.

Loved it! The staff was super friendly, the food was outstanding. I got the brie sandwich and a lemon poppy seed muffin. The jalapeno jelly on the sandwich was the perfect compliment to the brie, and the baguette was delish. Soft and fluffy inside and crisp crust. I will definitely be going back to try some of their daily goodies!

I’ve never seen a croissant as fluffy as this croissant was it was perfect the egg sandwich that they combined it with had a special cheese that really hit it off. The staff does an amazing job service on one to 10 would be 12-15 . No question I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area

What a pretty little spot! I found this place at the end of my vacation and I’m sorry I can’t go back again! The owner was so nice and friendly, the food and coffee and pastries we chose were fresh and delicious. And we live in Montreal so we have plenty of good food at home to compare it to! Definitely worth a visit. Or more than one visit!

The croissants here rival any I have ever tried in my life. This is a hidden gem with hands down the best croissants in the nation. I have tried croissants all over the world, and they were still not even close to these.

Greeted with a smile. There the only place in the area that has butter bear syrup for my latte. Love the sunrise breakfast sandwich. I love the macarons, best you can find and they have many other tasty pastries.
