Cherry Tree Self Storage

I have been with Cherry Tree Self Storage for a few months now. I always get friendly services no matter how many times I call because I forgot my log in to the website. Ruth is always glad to help me and I can hear the smile in her voice.

Ailene was very helpful, explaining everything that I needed to know. She answered all of my questions and helped me understand the process of renting a storage unit. This being my first time renting, I neeed some hand holding. Thanks Ailene.

The unit wasn’t cleaned prior to renting so I had to clean it myself. I put all the trash and things outside and asked them to please clean it up and two weeks later it’s still piled up where I put it.

Would not recommend they keep raising rates with no notice ripoff
