My husband went to buy a shirt. This is where he always go to buy his comfortable and thin fabric shirt, we live in Texas so it’s super hot. Academy It’s a good place to buy good shirts for this weather. Not only for a man, but also they have for Womans. If you work outside and weather, you should go check them out.

The place to go when you're looking sport's goods, clothes and lots of different items, either for outdoors and indoor activities. Fishing 🎣, baseball ⚾, soccer ⚽, football, swimming 🏊‍♂, hunting, and much more. We loved the variety inside the store. Centric location, restrooms 🚻 inside and enough parking spaces around. Got there an hour early to buy ammo. Management ask what ki d of ammo I was looking for so that I wouldn't have to wait and find out later they do t have it. Many more people arrived and took a couple of minutes after 9 to open But when they did we all bought ammo. Great place to get your fishing lures. Can't wait to get my fishing license.

Bought a firearm here. Staff is very professional and well-mannered. Even when they make a mistake, Academy Staff is able to handle the problem in a very mature way. Staff is very talkive and polite, all and all good place to conduct your business.

⭐Had a WOWZER experience at the ACADEMY in Edinburg! Both the Manager and Associate, Rolando (yes, both named Rolando 😄), went the extra mile assisting me with my fishing 🎣 tackle needs. Being new to fishing, their patience and exceptional customer skills were truly appreciated 🙌. The unnamed gentleman at the firearms counter was also incredibly helpful and kind, always greeting customers with a smile and personalized interactions 👏. Well stocked with many different apparel items and shoes. Clean and organized store. I found what I needed right away. The lines to pay were a bit lengthy but didn't take long to purchase my items.

I hit up some Black Friday deals here, mostly for the gun range: range sling bag, ear & eye protection, Nike baseball hat, pistol cleaning kit. I also come here for new workout clothes, socks, etc. love it. I love the quality and price of everything I buy here. Pictured is the Drago sling bag.

Everything else is great. Only a complaint is sometimes checkout is kind of slow due to lots of shoppers ... they still do a pretty good job of opening up customer service registers so line gets flowing.

Magellan brand has proved to be comfortable. Great value and one of our favorite clothing brands. They sell other common brand name items but we love the home brand Magellan. Value Value

Before I arrived to my Academy, Edinburg I was sure I'll find what I'm looking for, guess what.... Right!! Not only I found but it exceed my expectations as well, I love my Academy 😉👍🏼💯
