I had the best experience at this store. My family stopped by the outlet before returning home coming from attending my daughter's graduation at SU. Was not really in the mood for shopping but since I have my niece and my daughter's BFF with me, I was lured. Entered the MK store and found so many beautiful styles and lots of sale items plus additional discounts. Denise, the MOD at that time (not sure if I spelled her name right) has been very accommodating, and she made us feel like she's a friend that you've known for a while and can talk to and gives you excellent shopping advise. The store is definitely clean and well presented. The store also has a new hire Jermaine who assisted us with the footwear. It was his 1st day at work and he did it very well. This MK store at Queenstown Premium Outlets is highly recommended and don't forget to sign up, they have more offers to give out.

Beth, and staff, were great. I was trying to find a jacket to exchange, I called three different stores, and Beth was AMAZING. Not only did she look for the type of jacket and communicate quickly, but also sent a picture and video to me to verify it was the correct jacket. 10/10!

Great experience. Sales associates were friendly and helpful without being pushy which was perfect for my wife. I enjoyed walking around aimlessly giving "the look" to the other husbands/ boyfriends in the store.

Nice selection of bags at great outlet prices! Has very similar style bags to the Kate Spade in the same shopping center, but the bags here seemed better quality in comparison.
