What a company! Our main water pipe did burst and we called a plumber advertising 24/7 service. “We can try to put you on the schedule for some time next week,” was the reply we got. With the next call we had the same result, but a friend told us that he had had a good experience with Service Plumbing. So that was my next call. A very friendly Jennifer answered the phone, and said she had to check with her team and call me back. Within a few hours our problem was solved by three of their employees. Despite low temperatures and a lot of mud and water hindering their work they were friendly and kept me informed how things were progressing. Their efficiency in solving the problem in the shortest possible time was impressive. A day later our hot water heater gave up and once again I spoke to Jennifer. The team from Service Plumbing was here in no time to take care of that problem as well. All of them at their company deserve five stars for their service. Thank you!

A Saturday morning and I figured I would not get anyone to come and take of my backed up sewer in Murphy. I caught them finishing up one call and said they would be there in an hour. They were! Took care of my problem professionally and the charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend them

I had a bad leak coming from under my bathroom sink they sent someone out same day fixed half the problem until I could buy a new faucet then came back and set it up in no time! We were in the process of selling our home and had to have a plumber address some things found in a home inspection. We were in a very tight timeline and could not get anyone in our area (Cherokee county) to answer the phone to even schedule with them. I reached out to Service Plumbing and told them our situation. Even though it was a very small job, they drove out of their service area to help us out. We are so grateful for their professionalism but also just being kind when they didn’t have to! Wish there were more local businesses like this one!

Should be rated a 9 star! We had a leak at the showerhead in the first floor shower, which had leaked onto the ceiling of the room below. Another plumber came out CHARGING TWICE THE HOURLY RATE OF SERVICE PLUMBING....and made the problem worse. We called Service Plumbing, upon recommendation of our neighbor, and the two service men came out and did an incredible job identifying the problem quickly and were able to solve the problem without removing and destroying tile in the shower, but instead did a VERY precise cut of a 1 ft. sq piece of sheetrock on the wall behind the shower to access the problem. It was a very clever approach. Problem is now solved. Both men did an excellent job explaining the problem to us and then proceeded to complete the work quickly. NO MORE LEAK. They were great communicators, likeable and were intent on solving the problem and pleasing us. They were by far the most capable plumbers we have ever experienced in over 50 years!

I had a clog that flooded my bathroom in November and they came out on a Sunday and fixed it.

I just had them back out to dig up septic, clean filter, and put risers on Septic tank. Great job and super nice. Also told me who to call to get septic pumped out.

Needed a valve installed on a new pipe during a weekend. John came out that day to complete the job. I had an issue getting the hose threaded and he sent a tech out the next time I was in town to check everything out and make sure I could attach our drain hose properly.

It seems everyone is a little afraid of calling a plumber. From fear of the unknown to fear of the task at hand plumbing is just one of those things people don't want to mess with.
