Chili's Grill & Bar

Pick 3 was great. It included chips, salad, or soup. We had chix enchilada soup. It was just like we want I...hot. Hate when restaurants serve lukewarm soup. Chili's is always hot. And our drink was also included.

This is a location we keep returning to due to having great food and amazing staff. The staff was very apologetic after feeling sick during a visit a few weeks earlier but upon returning I decided to try the same stuff and everything was OK. On this occasion the food was great as usual so of course we will be back.

Great lunch hang out. The lunch menu is very reasonably priced. When money's tight, this is the spot. Full stomach, without the empty wallet. Fast service as well.

Excellent service at this location! Great food as always. :) Love the $5 Margarita of the month options! Our Oswego location is also one of the pilot sites for Chili's new robot helper Rita! I'm expecting more Rita's in the future to help combat rising minimum wages for certain jobs in this type of industry.

My picky eating niece requested Chili’s for her 15th birthday dinner on 3/3, which I was surprised since she has a poor man’s palate.. She has the blandest tasted buds. So off we went to chilis .. when we got there they had a perfect location for our party of 12. The whole menu has changed for the better, which has been over 10 years since I’ve been to chilis. Now the best part of my experience, Mackenzie was our waitress!!! What an awesome server she is!! Professional, a people person, did not break a sweat, did NOT mess up on anyone’s order. She was on the ball!! Anyone going to this chilis please ask for her as your waitress and don’t forget to tip big, she deserves it! Thank you Mackenzie !!

The burgers are to die for. The staff was attentive and the manager is a great guy. All in all, you're treated like royalty.

I love the food as you mite see from how often I come here. I'm gonna try something new today their Cajun chicken rice. It's quite good. My hats off to the cheff.

It may be a little pricey family friendly everyone there is pretty friendly and polite service was about average especially when it was as busy as it was when I was there but if you want something that it's new and you never been to Chili's bar and grill or grill and bar should give it a try might be a little bit more out of the way and a little pricey but it is well worth it

This location never disappoints. It is in my top 5 favorite restaurant list. I was very sad to see they took away the buffalo chicken salad. This was my favorite item.

Matt was the person who served us at chili's oswego. He was simply the best. He refilled our drinks before we asked. Brought us 2 chips and salsa for our family of 7. Took extra time to describe food items since some items didn't have pictures. Tuesday was kids eat at discount . I'm so glad we didn't eat at the Naperville location cause that's were we originally went. But they wanted to fit all 7 of us in a both. So we left.

MacKenzie was such an excellent server. She was very professional, courteous, and nice. She made sure the food was served hot and fresh. MacKenzie always came back to the table to make sure we were taken care of and had such a beautiful smile. MacKenzie is awesome and should be recognized for the outstanding service that she delivers to her customers.

My friends and I go to this Chili's in particular because they have absolutely the most friendly server you will ever have. Ask for Katie, she's so great. She remembers all of our orders and drinks.

In this fast paced world of change, we are grateful for our local & faithful Chilis! We visit this location at least once every 2 weeks, and the food never disappoints. This Chili’s always gets it right. Additionally, our service is always 5 star! We dine with Jim (he only works Saturday lunch). Jim is just delightful and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everyone in our party is comfy and well tended. We just love this Chilis (and we ❤ Jim)!
