The baristas are top-notch and very helpful - when you want to try a new drink, they will mix up a sample on the spot!

Each Starbucks is as good as the quality of their team members, and this Starbucks has some great people working. I had an issue with an order getting “oat milk” vs the “whole milk” that I wanted. They were very responsive and kind to fix the issue and I left with a great drink and feeling like I was a valued customer.

Chelsea is always nice, and patient.
I’m not a typical Starbucks regular, but the few times that I was there, Chelsea was so warm & nice. The staff all together is friendly, & I must applaud this location for always getting orders right, unlike other chains.

Every time I come in here is the best experience. I usually come in before my shift at the Animal Hospital and I’m always at work on time after stopping here. I order on the app 10 minutes before I come in and it always sitting on the counter the exact temperature of I can drink this and know it will still be hot 30 minutes later (if I don’t finish it). The best thing of walking in is Sarah who always sees me and greets me by name❤ I order food and one of my items always has a customization and she gets it on point every time. And when she’s not making my food she makes sure its right when I get it! I have so many more Starbucks closer to where I live and work, but I will always choose this one on my 40 minute drive to work. So worth it! Thank you Sarah :)

But thank you to the WHOLE STAFF!! You guys are amazing! I’ve been served by almost every one of you, and it’s always been the best experience. From what you guys have to go through with COVID, big rushes, and the customers who have had bad mornings. You all are amazing. You handle it with great professionalism and still keep the smile on your face. You can’t teach customer service but dang all of you were born with it. :)

After a few days in a row of coming here the nice lady who makes the sandwiches recognizes me and calls me out by name. It feels great to be recognized each time. As busy as this place gets now that school is back in session, this team works hard and somehow keeps their composure the entire time. Thanks for brewing me my morning motivation and doing it with a smile each time!

This Starbucks is overrun by people but they work really hard and aim to please. It’s slow sometimes, but it’s worth it! Very good service.

Nick was working the drive thru and he had such an amazing positive attitude! His friendly personality was a great start to my day as well as my coffee!!!

Small drive through store with lots of power outlets and nice seating outside.

Been going to this highest grossing Starbucks store for over a decade. Coffee is all about who made it, and this store consistently makes great coffee. I drink black for the taste, so the brew quality is critical. I've only had less than 5% bad brews here.

They make the best caramel macchiato I've ever been able to get at a Starbucks! Perfect amount of caramel sauce. They also have friendly and efficient staff. The drive thru runs fast even on a busy weekday morning!

I come here every week and this place is always completely busy and slammed, but their customer service is fabulous! Consistent and high-quality. Travis and Peter always have a smile on their faces and are happy to go above and beyond. Much appreciated on crazy mornings!

Miss Nicole is the highlight of everyone's morning here. Her positive attitude will turn anyone's day around. It's just a bonus that we get delicious coffee and breakfast too! 😁

They are doing a fantastic job with the drive through and pick up orders. Typically a line but also typical for the line to move quickly. Everyone is being safe and wearing masks too.

Excellent Starbucks, especially on service. Accidentally left my computer overnight and they had it waiting for me the next morning.

I live closer to another Starbucks, but prefer to drive further for this one. Nearly everyone knows my name, my drink, and they are always friendly. If my drink is ever made wrong, it's quickly remade.

I love this Starbucks. They are one of the better ones. Especially compared to the one on Sandy Plains. I'd rather drive the extra distance to this location.

I've used this location 10-12 times in recent years. Personnel are always friendly and service faster than most Starbucks.
