My buyer clients just closed on a new build job in Lee’s Summit in the Osage subdivision. The builder Coulter Allen did a great job keeping us updated on the construction progress and we were thrilled with the final product! The listing agent Brooke Marsalla was a delight to work with and was always quick to respond to our questions throughout the process.

Building a home with Clover and Hive has been a great experience. This was our first time buying a home and Brooke, our real estate agent, made the process as easy as possible and was there for us every step of the way. Coulter, our builder, was also great to work with. He sent regular updates and was very quick to address any questions or issues that arose throughout the process. My experience in building a home with Clover & Hive a year ago was pretty awful, filled with one problem after another, mostly due to lack of experience/training of my initial community builder. Thankfully, he was replaced & I have nothing but positive things to say about Coulter, the new community builder. He had a tough job coming in & dealing with frustrated homeowners & cleaning up the mistakes of people before him but he’s done a great job & has been really easy to work with. His previous experience in this field makes all the difference. He’s very organized & efficient. I know that if Coulter had been my community builder from the beginning, the entire process would have been much less stressful and more of a positive experience. My 5 star rating is reflective of Coulter, not the Clover & Hive organization/process.

We had our home built last year at the Eastbrook location and we love our home! Wanted to give a special thanks to Taylor our Building Manager who has made everything extremely smooth during the whole process! He truly makes sure to get everything completed in a timely manager and provides great communication through the process!

We worked with Taylor and he was outstanding to work with. We were out of state and Taylor communicated with us weekly and provided videos. His response time was super fast. He was professional and personable. He made our transition very smooth.

Clover and Hive builds community, and not just homes. They worked hrs to ensure we felt that we really belonged in this new neighborhood. The forefront of all of this success is Deana, the sales agent for Clocer and Hive - Arcadia. She is not shy to say hello as we stroll by on an afternoon walk, or to send me links to our neighborhood social media page introducing the newest neighbors! She is quick with an apology if even the slightest hiccup occurs, and if she is unsure on anything, she will always find someone for me with an answer. We made unreasonable demands of Clover and Hive particularly pertaining to timeline. We needed to move in before our baby was born, and we asked them to finish our house in merely a month (it has been partially constructed at this time). They did everything they could and we were able to settle into our new home for over a week until our baby arrived. Our Builder, Coulter, made that happen. Coulter is a black and white kind of guy, which I am sure suits the construction process well. As a builder, he is knowledgeable, and efficient. If you are looking for a meticulous box-checker, he will ensure your home is what you wish it to be. With weekly updates from him, you will stay in the loop quite well. We changed about three major things in our home along the way, and not only did we see those things changed quickly, they were changed without extra charge. This might not be the case for everyone depending on the change, but we were very thankful. There was only one issue that we had with the company, and without fail the person responsible has already been removed, demonstrating their commitment to their home buyers. They assured us they will find a remedy to this problem, and apologized. Go with Clover and Hive for your new home, and remember that building a home has a lot of hiccups no matter who you choose. But with Clover and Hive, and especially with Deana, you can rest comfortably knowing someone is always in the background spinning those gears to make your dream a reality.

My fiancé and I started working with Clover & Hive back in April. The first month everything was moving along and then things took a pause due to it being a pandemic & there being a shortage of workers and materials. There for sure were some hiccups along the way just as there would be with any new construction process. The last couple of months, clover & hive’s communication has improved tremendously! We have been working with Blake, Dalton, Jason and Denise. Denise has been awesome throughout the whole process about answering any questions we have along the way. We are able to schedule a walkthrough with Blake to go over things in the house that we may have questions about. It’s been a stressful process for sure but we are excited to close on our home in a few weeks!!
