Great place for a fast on the go eats, service is great,food is better ,mcrib gotta love it

I love this McDonald's I have been coming here avery day aver since they opened this store I grow up on old Bethalto rd

Crystal, the shift leader this morning, was excellent in my time of confusion. I had placed an order on the app, but when I got to the restaurant, it wouldn't let me check in. She assured me that my order was taken care of, and my coffee really hit the spot this morning. Thank you!

Love this McDonald’s. Penny in the drive thru makes the visit so much better, but the other employees are very nice as well. Never really had an issue with this McDonald’s, but it’s always a good idea to double check your order before you leave (that goes for ANY fast food restaurant anymore). Clean store, clean area. Great

I had to repeat my order, 3 times. I have no idea what that woman was doing. She kept reading me my order, and I kept correcting her, because it was wrong. Eventually, I was flat out yelling into the speaker for her to hear me. I didn't get half my order, and the other half was messed up. No one even ordered a fish sandwich, but, oh wr got one. I might have considered going back and having my food replaced, but I didn't want to deal with a second round of what we already dealt with. We ordered pizza instead.

The people at this McDonald's location off 55 at Lowe's in Hamel, Illinois are excellent. They don't mind special orders. I've never experienced an error with my order here. They are one of the friendliest McDonald's locations I've ever been to!

Super friendly small town mcdonalds. The staff was so nice and even with a line in the drive through I was out in like under 8 mins during breakfast rush. Cashier actually wanted to talk to me while i waited in my spot, they never do that in the city or suburbs.

Loved the sweet lady at the drive through, Penny! She saw my American flag license plate and started a conversation. She is a true, proud patriot and told me she grew up in a military family and even said she wanted to buy my husband a meal when I mentioned he just retired last month with more than 20 years service in the Army. Thanks for making my day Miss. Penny! Also I'd like to brag the food I received was bagged better than probably any food I've ever received from any fast food joint. We will for sure be back!

The store's exterior was very clean.
The young lady serving the food up in the drive-thru was exceptional!

They were fast and friendly. No complaints today.

Kind of annoyed that when you go inside they don't wait on you in hopes that you will use the kiosk, I don't work for McDonalds, please take my order.

They always get my order correct, food is hot and fresh tasting. Employees are friendly and talk to you while you wait. Table service is awesome. You just sit and relax and enjoy your food, if you forget something they bring it to you.

I normally don't write reviews, unless it's a very good or very bad experience. Well today, 12/28/16, the lady was extremely nice, and paid for our meal simply because I am a veteran. I didn't get her name, but I really appreciated how nice she was, and the amazing gesture. Thank you!

We visited after a Jr. High Girls basketball game with 11 girls and 3 coaches. They were very fast with our food. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Great job!!

Usually really good, but here's a tip: asking for extra sauce on a sandwich doesn't mean more sauce than meat. That's a whole mess that a to go order can't handle. Also it would be nice if I could add cheese sauce to a burger in the kiosk customization.

I use the McD's app on my phone. I place my order on the way there. It's ready when I pull in.

Friendly staff and clean interior. Plus, one of the better designed play places I've seen in quite a while. My son had tons of fun climbing around through the play place.
