Clean, friendly, open and airy.
Plus comfy, cushioned, sofa style seats. Perfect for killing a few hours between meetings. I felt welcome and well taken care of by everyone here. Way to go, Starbucks!

This is not s review of the restaurant as much as it is a rant and a cautionary tale: when you get your hot coffee and you drive away from star bucks with the little drink carriers in your lap, drive slow.
The car I was in started quickly out of the parking lot, and my hot chai tea spilled out of the carrier into my lap.
And onto my foot.
And now I have a second degree burn on my foot and first degree burn on my lap.
I blame the car and the drink carrier, they were out to get me.
0 star experience for my skin.
5 star experience in the drink the driver had to calm themselves down so they didn't freak out about my burns.

This place is home. They make my drink right every time, have a warm and cozy booth for me to take a slight nap I’m ready every time I walk in, baristas with nothing but smiles on their faces. I love this place, couldnt recomend jt more. I do intend on working here one day when I’m old enough, and I hope I contribute to the love and joy this place brings me to give to others. Please check this place out. Absolutely love love love with my whole heart. They are the eye in my storm, the only good part of my days. I love this place so much. I recently bought a house in Burlington so I go to this Starbucks several times a week and I felt compelled to write this review simply for the fact that every employee at this location is exceptionally nice! I’m not a morning person but their positive attitude is infectious and greatly appreciated. The drive thru line is usually really quick and my order is always correct as well. Keep up the awesome work!

Yesterday I purchased 2 of the Fall Flavored hot drinks. Pumpkin spice Latte and Apple Oatmilk and they were both fantastic. Took advantage of their special buy 1 get 1 on Thursdays in September. Wish starbucks would extend this offer thru at least October and November would be nice too. I'm there!

Awesome baristas here- Skylar is always a huge help and has helped me pick delicious new drinks, and all of the workers are extremely kind. This Starbucks just has good vibes overall, and you can tell the workers get along and like it there.

The baristas here are super friendly and turn out drinks very quickly. My friend ordered a very specific Keto drink, which the barista, Sarah, made with a smile. The atmosphere inside Starbucks is clean and inviting with comfortable seating room.

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The staff is so accommodating and incredibly friendly. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I loved our drinks. He deserves a raise.

Not much bad can be said about many Starbucks locations. It's never my go-to for coffee, but I know it won't be the worst. I prefer their cold brew coffee as it is super smooth, especially their nitro cold brew!

I travel all over the Midwest & this Starbucks has some of the best Baristas out there! Some of them even sing when taking your order. Amy was especially helpful when trying to redeem my free cup for earth day! The staff always makes my day. The drinks and food are always delicious! You won't be disappointed!

Two times the charm… Outstanding customer service!!! Today I placed my order at the speaker, my voice was barely audible however, I did not feel well enough to go inside. Jacqueline listened patiently, asked a few questions and chose a specialty beverage for me. At the pick-up window, Jacqueline popped her head out between taking orders and wished me well. The tea was amazing with just the right sweetness. On another occasion, minus the lack of voice on my part, Jacqueline had chosen a drink for me with the same result.

I don't go inside but love the white mocha cappuccino vente

I work practically next door to this Starbucks so I'm here fairly often. The workers here are kind, professional, and just excellent in general, even when they're insanely busy. I don't believe I've ever had a poorly made drink from this location out of my dozens of visits.

Even though this is a new location this is one of my favorite Starbucks, and because of the amount of travel that I do for work I have been to more than a few. I recently visited there and got the best caramel macchiato that I have ever had. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working which is what you should find in any top-notch Starbucks. I usually travel through Burlington about once a month and I am sure this is going to be one of my regular stops.

Perfect both times I went,
about a month ago i accidentally ordered a hot latte instead of an iced (completely my mistake) and they made a new one without any complaints and didnt charge me. Tonight me and my bf went and they were very nice and our drinks were amazing

Every time I visit this location, I always leave with a smile. I swear; they have found the nicest people to work here! Always a great experience.

I had a very enjoyable experience. I am unable to drink any caffeine anymore but I was told that they do offer non caffinated options. I had been told before at the racine location rudly that they dont do that which made me kind of bummed.this location really brightened my day tremendously because I love your drinks! I will specifically be coming to this location from now on due to this amazing experience.
