I ordered on the app so there wasn’t much customer service but the fix came out fast and fresh so it was a win win

I like tha atmosphere service and their fish sandwich

I've been going out of my way to visit this location at least three times a week for months now. The staff is very friendly and always prepare my food exceedingly well and without error. I know fast food is just meant to be fast food, but the sense of community at this location is spot-on, and I will happily continue to regular this location for a long time to come.

I've never been to such a nice McDonald's in my life. There's about 20 outlets to plug in to located all over the seating area. There's a bar height area that has a television playing the weather channel. They bring your food to you. It's very well laid out with a flow to it. The entire restaurant is efficient yet welcoming. The staff are quick and kind. The food actually looked like the menu picture. I just am floored by the experience because it's not my normal experience with the chain. This location almost feels like a Starbucks in McDonald's colors. It's great for travel and still comfortable enough for the local population to hang out in. I will probably never write a review of a McDonald's like this again, but this one was so above and beyond the expected, I had to go all out. Biggest bonus, easy to get to from the highway and there are 2 gas stations and a car wash within about 50 paces. They really planned this out to the T.

McDonald's is the best restaurant to work the workers is really nice in fast with the service.

Normally, I would not write about a McDonald's. My expectations are set really really low.

This location though OMG!!! I asked for extra pickles, and perhaps for the first time ever, fast food or not, I GOT LOTS OF PICKLES!!!!!!!

One side comment:
I appreciated the sign on the door asking me to wear a mask.

The problem I had, a manager was not wearing their mask correctly. The idea that a manager would wear their mask with nose exposed is not acceptable. I would have fired them on the spot.

Can always count on Macky D! We chose to dine in on this trip and there was an annoying beep beep that never received any attention from the staff. But the food was delicious and nutritious as always!

I love this place the food is always so delicious and I can’t get enough of it!

Had a mobile order get messed up called and talked with janna/or Janet and got it taken care of immediately the next day.

I would like to share that the Manager Alex is an outstanding guy!! I had went thru the drive thru on 9/30 and my order was messed up. Alex went above and beyond to make it right!! So Thank you very much you are a great person and Manager!!

Wow!!! The cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in!!! All the employees had there pants pulled up, smile on face, friendly, & fast service! !! Definitely an example for most other stores!! Hats off to the manager 😀

Always good service and quality, fast food. Not sure what's up with the negative reviews. I live in De Soto and have had nothing but good experiences here.

Aside from the debate whether Mickey D's is a real junk or not, the location is good for a commuter between Lawrence and KC. The store has been renovated a few years ago, now it is really clean and modern. They need to put the sign on the exit information by the way. I initially thought the store was closed since there is no McDonalds sign on the exit information on K-10.
