Best Starbucks I have been at! The employees are super nice and caring. Additionally the customer service is great! I asked for a stapler and the employee went to go look for one and offered it to me so I can staple my papers for anatomy and physiology. I would like to shout out Lexy, Emma, and isis. A great place to also study and a wonderful environment! I wish nothing but the best for the employees who work here and have a hard day with insufrible customers.

New crew. Does great with mobile orders. They're all working, including management. Orders have been correct and at expected temperature. They seem to have a better system now.

Well made coffee. Our order came other quick at first but we realized we got a wrong drink. They made a replacement as quick as possible. We got to keep the incorrect drink... It made me try something different the crunk frap it was really good. Of course the pup cup hit hard as the the pupacinos do.

Jimmy Changas Mexican food is always pretty good..along with their waitstaff as well very courteous & polite

Service was fast and friendly. Austin greeted me and made sure my drink was correct before I left .

Love this location, they always greet me with a smile, respectful employees, always have products in stock, and very clean.

Kim, Kennedy, pikabo and so many others give me amazing service here every time , helping me find a new drink and even creating non dairy options which is new for me! We’re all human and everyone knows Starbucks is insane at peak time so be graceful with these AWESOME baristas !!!!!!!!!

Super friendly staff, very convenient from my house too! I love the pumpkin cream cheese muffins & you can't go wrong with their hot caramel macchiato!

Let's start with how clean the place was I walked in and the lobby was CLEAN! no trash near or any table. The employees were friendly and very nice to me. My order took less than 5 minutes and they were busy so that's saying a lot. When I got my drink it was a bit overflowed.....LOVED IT. I was also observing how they gave updates to anyone who was coming in to pick up their mobile drink, I think personally they were especially accurate about it. I noticed one customer was being I guess rude and the employee just kept smiling and saying "yes ma'am " so good job on just keeping good vibes. Dont let anybody ruin your day or vibes.

After going to this Dickinson location for a while, they are by far the best Starbucks, they actually talk to the people who come in & get their mobile orders! They are extremely efficient & their drive through moves fast & mobile orders are ALWAYS ready!! Keep up your great service, y’all are doing it right!!

From the moment I pulled up in the drive through till I left very polite and respectful.Sandra took my order and was very nice and drink tasted amazing.Really brightened my day!Best Starbucks in the area hands down

Love my local Starbucks. After being gone for three months on maternity leave they remembered me and my order and asked where I had been. They asked me to show them pictures of my new baby and it honestly started my first day back at work on such a good note. Love the employees at this location, they are the best!

This is my favorite Starbucks location! They always get my order right and the baristas are so friendly. Today when I did in store pick up, one of the girls was still making my drink and drew me some latte art before putting the lid on. Little things like this make my day!

I always come here and am always greeted with the barista Shivanhi. She’s so nice and always makes sure she gets my order correct. Especially since I’m lactose intolerant and gluten sensitive. Great service and awesome workers. Def recommend

You can usually tell how good a Starbucks is by how many cars are in the drive through.. And this wrapped the store. Other than being out of Earl Grey tea everything was spot on. Customer service was on point and the food and coffee was what you expect from Starbucks.. It's the customer service that sets this store apart...they are awesome.

I went there twice, they are fast and friendly! Coffee was the best! I will be coming back there again! They are way better than Kroger’s on 96 inside of that store which they weren’t friendly and didn’t do my coffee right and wasn’t happy and never go back there again! Thanks guys for all u do, I would send people over there!

It's not too cold or too hot. The staff is friendly and professional. It's always clean.

Friendly staff and great coffee makes this new cafe a great addition to Dickinson. Plenty of seating available too. You would have never known the baristas were there on the first day of opening. They were running things like seasoned pros. Thanks!
