Metro by T-Mobile

Farhan was my customer service representative at Metro PCS in Bethlehem, GA and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I have had cell phone service for over 20 years and he is the best cell phone customer service representative l have ever had. Please visit this store and go see Farhan.

I have to say that my first and only experience with Metro by T- Mobile was a very good experience. The clerk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. He did did not stop until he was able to give me exactly what I was asking for. He was point blank on answering my questions which was helped me make my decisions on which way I wanted to go. They may not be a big store but the customer service made up for it.

Rishi is the best, I will only come to his store because he is so honest and will point you in the right direction instead of trying to make a sale. My husband finally left boost mobile to switch to Metro after seeing how well he handles business and how trust worthy he is.

My grandma got a new a few days back, hossain helped her set it up she returned the next day as she had issues with backing up her old information and Rishi helped her out and resolved the issues. Both of these guys are awsome. Highly recommended.

Shannen has been such a great help! I switched from version and made a great choice. Anytime I have an issue with my phone she’s more then willing to help, fixes the problem and gets the job done! Great job dear!

My fiancée and I were helped by Nahid who was super friendly and did an awesome job getting us all the discounts we had available. We got two great phones here for a great value.
