I didn't wait that long I ordered almost immediately, couldn't get my phone to open the app though and so really aggravated as to why they can't apply my receipt to my account. To me that's just bull. I ordered the new Pistachio Blended Frap. It was good, but it didn't take like anything I've ever tasted. Didn't taste like either one- kinda wondering if maybe they made the wrong drink? Whatever it was it was still good. It's had sugar sprinkles on top.

The manager and staff are amazing and welcoming every time I come into this location!

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Inside is very neat and clean. Employees are following COVID-19 procedures religiously and maintaining social distancing. Overall, I'm very pleased with such high standards. Though, I wish this location had a drive thru. That would've made "coffee getting" process even more convenient. 😁

by far my favorite starbucks in panama city. i’m always satisfied with my drinks as for other locations tend to mess up my drink.

Hands down best Starbucks in Panama City, Lynn Haven and surrounding. The staff are the best! I overheard a conversation with a regular where they asked if he meant to order something he doesn't usually order. Turns out it was a mistake - and they offered to fix it free so he got the drink he liked. They never (at least for me) have run out of anything, so whoever is doing the ordering is spot on and I just love that, especially for seasonal items! Also I've gone out of my way to have to ask other stores for extra cold foam because so often they barely put any on- not this one! I can always count on my drink being perfect every time. While there isn't a drive thru, they have plenty of parking and plenty of seating and honestly it's really awesome going in and saying hello to this wonderful staff. I love this store for so many reasons, and I know you will too!

This is a very busy Starbucks. They have a public restroom. They have outdoor seating. When it's too hot they put the umbrellas out. They have Wi-Fi you can use. They have a large selection of coffee cups and coffee beans. Today we ordered from The Secret menu. We ordered Mocha Frap with Reese's Cups. If you're interested in all the choices you have just Google it. They have very fast service. You can park in front which can be a little difficult to get out of at times. Or park in the lower parking lot which is much easier to get in-and-out of. I very happy they put a big Orange cone where there was a huge pothole.

As always Starbucks exceeded my expectations. The order was exactly as I had made it on the app. I even made the mistake of going to the wrong store. That was no problem for Starbucks, they just changed the store to the one I was at. Personnel was polite and cafe' was clean.

No drive thru here but it's nice to actually talk to the baristas! Drink turned out great! Cinnamon & Dolce iced coffee! Watch out for the steps! Bad parking situation!

Liz is the best barista around! She takes the time to call our guests and verify their order if it’s a little confusing. She’s a very valuable employee!

Super sweet staff and very attentive to what is being said. Austin and Bray were very lovely!

Always delicious! I usually try the new promotional flavor they offer. The brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso is by far my favorite drink. The staff is friendly and efficient. Very clean and spacious.

Incredibly friendly and personable staff. They also have consistently gotten my coffee order right and made using my new rewards program app super easy. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, relaxing, inviting, and all of the other wonderful words for an ideal cafe. This is my ideal Starbucks in Panama City.

During my return visit, Dalton, the polite and patient clerk took my order considerately and quickly. The coffee and sprouted grain bagel with avocado spread were made exactly how I wanted them. Thank you! This location does a wonderful job!

Friendly staff and great service as always

This location provides excellent service! My son and I came into this location and the staff was super accommodating to him and made him feel so special! He has not stopped talking about the barista with blue hair (I believe her name is Charlie) and how nice she is! Drinks were perfect. Highly recommend stopping at this location to visit with the awesome staff!
