Dunkin'

My espresso shots in my latte weren't fresh. I come there at least once a week for my coffee & they take great care of me. They all work so efficiently together so I'm NEVER waiting more than 5mins.

This place gets 5 Stars because the Manager on duty was super! We had a weather emergency and she was extremely helpful and I am more than thankful. And because of her and her alone we now make multiple trips before school to get the kids breakfast.
She deserves all of the credit for every penny I spend there.

Literally will not go anywhere else. This Duncan always has my coffees to perfection. Yasmine made me a strawberry cheesecake coolatta which I found on a facebook app. So good. And then Brittany is always amazing. She made me a peppermint toasted white chocolate latte because I don't really like the mocha. But this place is amazing. I will not go to any other Dunkin cuz they always mess up my order but this one does not. This one is perfection all the way. I will go out of my way to go to this Dunkin.

I may be biased because I work a couple doors down. But they always take care of me. My drinks are done consistently and food is always reliable. I really love that if they do mess up an order (which going atleast 5 times a month all year it happens.). I can go back in and they fix it without attitude or battling me.

I stop in almost every Wednesday for 2 dozen donuts for our weekly tech meeting. The staff is AMAZING! Donuts never disappoint, and everyone there is always super friendly no matter how busy they are. I can’t say this enough but the morning crew is fantastic!!!

Mahoganny served me today, she maid my frozen coffee to perfection 👌

They really do their best to get orders out quickly. I visit frequently and some days are faster than others. They are always consistent with the quality of food and drinks. I have noticed some staff turnover which always makes things hard but the ones who have been there a while do their best to train newbies and still get food out quickly.

The coffee is good and they love me dog and always give her pup cups

On a very busy Valentine’s Day morning the employee working behind the register was very polite towards me and made my morning coffee run quick and easy. I ordered a surprise me drink and it was delicious and excellently made. Will be going to this Dunkin every morning from now on!

There is a kind person in the last shift of this Dunkin'. She took our order on Veteran's Day in the drive-thru and was super nice and over delivered and exceeded our expectations. You know who you are and "thank you for your service". We'll definitely recommend this place to anyone, specially if it's in the last shift during the week.

So tonight my kids and I came in for ice cream and they were pretty busy.( about 20 people in the lobby and the drive thru was constant) With only 3 employees I think they did a fantastic job. A couple got upset and left but the employees were very professional about it and in my opinion did great. I will be back to enjoy some ice cream soon.

I love this Dunkin Donuts ! The lady that took my family and my order today was really sweet. She definitely has an amazing costumer service. I would say she's Hispanic.I'm only saying that cause I can't remember her name lol and she deserves recognition. When something was mistaken on our order, she immediately fixed it without any complaints or questions. She is definitely the only reason I would go back.

So impressed with the customer service we just received from Justen at this location. We went through the drive through and I had multiple questions and I never felt rushed and they were busy and were operating on a new computer system. He was kind, knowledgeable of the menu and my order was accurate. Great experience all the way around. Excellent customer service should be a top priority but these days it’s harder and harder to find...it was refreshing to have such a great experience at Dunkin Donuts! Thank you Justen (I noticed he spelled his name with and E on his name tag 😊)

The one employee who served us was super polite and he had such a positive attitude to be working alone. He said his coworker had taken their break so he was working the drive thru and handling the inside by himself momentarily, made us the best frozen coffee and made our experience worthwhile !

Dominique(Dom) in the drive thru was such a sweetheart. She was very patient and kind. She even asked if I wanted to taste my drink to make sure it was sweet enough. Thanks so much Dominique for working so hard to make sure your customers are happy.😊

Used the drive thru to snag donuts for the kids. Momma was feelin wiped out from a busy day so I muttered to myself while staring off at the menu how I needed something to light me up & the nice man working the speaker heard me, offered up his advice & personal preference. I don’t usually order coffee from DD but I decided to take his recommendation since the service & delivery were 👍🏼👍🏼 Nice people here 🌟

This is one of the three locations I frequent in Panama City and I always find the coffee hot, fresh and delicious! Further that Boston Cream donut is the best ever baked anyway Customer service is always tip top first class and the lines always move fast. Thanks Dunkin!

This is by far the best Dunkin doughnuts around. Megan there is awesome!!! She's always smiling and has a awesome attitude! The service here is tremendous fast friendly love it!
