Sacred Self Yoga

What an amazing place. The owner and lead instructor Angie makes you feel welcome as if you have been going there for years. I could not recommend more highly Sacred Self Yoga. They offered a free class to everyone in attendance and all donations going towards our nonprofit K9 Heroes 4 Heroes. The studio and the participants generosity is a true blessing.

I love this place! It's a hidden gem in Perry! Such a wonderful little studio...comfortable and inviting. The owner Angie is amazing...very sweet and accommodating. All of the instructors there are great.. very kind and considerate. It is a great place to take that first step and finally try yoga, or to continue your existing practice. Check it out! Your brain and body will thank you!

Highly recommend! I started Angie’s classes as a beginner last year. She is so sweet, welcoming and is extremely talented. She puts her heart into every class and makes sure you’re comfortable and not being judged. There are a variety of classes to choose from too which keeps it exciting!

I would recommend Sacred Self to anyone!! We came to Sacred Self for my bachelorette and Angie was amazing. She gave us a private yoga class and we all were at different levels of practice. She made everyone well comfortable and welcome. Angie also gave us a recommendation for her friend to come to our home and give us facials and massages. She made my bachelorette so special and leveled up the experience.

Angie is very welcoming and so knowledgeable & helpful. I felt relaxed when I left her studio and I will definitely go back! I highly recommend Sacred Self Yoga!

We invited Sacred Self Yoga out to the VRBO we were staying at to teach a class for our bachelorette trip. We had the BEST time! It was so convenient that she came to our place and provided the mats. It was such a great way to start our morning and was the perfect level for all the girls. Angie was such a great teacher and even brought a reading specific for our event. Highly recommend reaching out to them for your next event and we are already talking about the next time we can get up for a class!

Had my first, I hope of many, classes at Sacred Self Yoga today. Everyone was very welcoming. I felt it was a safe place to be myself, and the owner, Angie, helped me modify any pose that I needed assistance with since I have joint damage. If you are someone who carries stress with you like a backpack, I highly recommend restorative yoga. Can't wait to return! Thank you for a positive first experience as I am someone who struggles with society and body acceptance.

Sacred Self Yoga is a beautiful and calming yoga studio! The atmosphere is wonderful and welcoming. It was my first time practicing yoga and I had an amazing time. I felt free of judgement while being a beginner! Angie was an amazing instructor her calm and restorative energy really helped me reach a new level of relaxation.

Sacred Self Yoga is a beautiful new yoga studio in Perry, Ohio. I recently started going to 'Gentle Yoga' and this class is perfect for beginners and people who have never tried yoga before, as well as being suitable for more experienced yoga enthusiasts. Angie takes you through the poses and breathing, offering alternatives suited to your own particular ability. I thoroughly enjoy her class and highly recommend Sacred Self Yoga.
