Gave our dogs pup cups. Super appreciated their kindness towards our dogs. Staff seemed friendlier than previous times. Appreciate them going the extra mile.

Very clean. Staff was friendly. Fries where AMAZING.... Normally, i can't say that about fries feom McDonald's, but they are so good here..

I really like this location. Staff were very friendly and great customer service! And they know how to make a southwest salad! If you seen my other reviews, there is another location that I visited and the southwest sald there was horrible! A Picture is on that review (George Washington Hwy -Yorktown).

Best food best restaurant and best service the costmers gave me money

Came in as a family of 7. Ordered using the kiosk since I knew I would hold up a line, unintentionally. The cashier came over to help us with info that we needed to complete the order before we asked. Very kind of her do so and being so attentive of her customers.

We received or order. Made correctly and every thing present. Yum!

The floors were slippery especially by the drink machines. Could be a risk to anyone not taking note to go slow and walk steadily.

Great friendly ppl at this store. Excellent communications and warmth and friendliness. We’re traveling and appreciate their kindness. It’s a cold rainy day out there. Thanks again gals and guys!!

McDonald's is always great food great prices well cheaper than other!!

Never have problems with my food at this location. The drive thru normally takes long but today it moved well. Very friendly servers.

We walked up to the counter and the cashier took our order. We did not have to use that horrific kiosk. What an improvement from last time when we were told to use the kiosk. The server was super nice and wished us a Merry Christmas. We'll be back!

1) it was snowy when I came by for breakfast and I was so incredibly thankful they were open. I know that was probably frustrating for the employees but everyone had a good attitude. 2) I actually got the wrong order but I had parked in the parking lot to eat real quick before I went to work and a suuuuper sweet young man came out to tell me they gave me the wrong food before I even noticed and fixed it.

Probably the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had in years honestly.

Every Wednesday I go in and order 10 sausage biscuits for the church volunteers. My order is always hot fresh and ready when I arrive. That is wonderful customer service.

I had an issue with the app not letting my actually order what I wanted, but the staff was very helpful with getting me exactly what I asked for. They were also very nice about it and apologized for the app.

Employee's did not acknowledge me or anyone, they ALL seemed fatigue. I ordered from kiosk and waited. Cold food was served. Wow/very unhappy 🙁 ☹ 😔 😟 😥 😞, but Sweet Tea is always 👌 🔥 💯 😍 ♥...

I'm changing my review from 1 star (couple of years ago) to five stars for the customer service I received today. I was greeted by an all female staff, they were all friendly and they greeted me with pleasantries and even invited me to come back. Felt like I was at Chick-fil-A

The food was great.

I like McDonald's, they have REALLY stepped it up when comes to customer service, some of the best anywhere! They VERY SELDOM get my order wrong, not like most places, food is always good and tasty, relatively fast service, people slow things down when ordering (not knowing what they want, changing orders, not having money ready, special orders, etc... Slows the line down). My negative is "IF" you ever order a cookie tote (13 cookies in a tote) and ice cream, you will have about a 5 minute or more wait, they will still give you your ice cream first. I've tried to give it back and ask to get it all at the same time, but they won't do it most of the time. Your ice cream will melt while you wait for the cookies to come out. No ice cream and cookies! But if that's my only complaint, they are doing REAL GOOD!

The restuarant was very clean and there was plenty of space to move around especially nice for people who need wheelchair/stroller access. The cashier was friendly and my food was ready quickly and my order was correct.

Made me feel welcome. Manager on the ball in am. Fast friendly. Customers, group of men front left store each morning, super nice fellows. There always greeting people.

I am going to this particular McDonald's from now on. Their food is always hot and the wait time is never long and I'm my opinion the food is good enough even if there were a wait time. 5 Star review for you guys!👍🏻

I don't usually come to this location however, my pleasant surprise this A.M. was seeing our young ladies ( 1st the younger one at the register and then an older woman, who seem to be the manager ) displaying sure good customer service and professionalism.There was one lady in front of me who not only didn't want to/ know how to use the kiosk, but she also was lengthy in time counting out her change to pay her bill. Just as i thought how long would it take to be acknowledged ( I'm very patient ) for the cashier to say something, she said, " I'll Be Right With You Sir - One Moment ". When it was my turn to order, I commended her for her great spirit and people skills. She smiled alot and the spirit shifted again. It was as if we knew we were making each other's day. Later on, the differently dressed older lady was taking a order out to a drive through car and was pleasantly asking me, " How's Your Day Going "? It really caught me off guard ( because I just saw her at the counter and she seemed very busy ) also with the eye contact. These are character traits i don't get to witness often at all. Whereas, the FOXHILL McDonald's will show this kindness in a strange way. I'll tell you more - soon...
