Benchmark Office Systems is great to work with and provide superior customer service! I worked with John today and he diagnosed a problem (on my end) right away and fixed it. They know their stuff! Michelle was the first person from Benchmark that I worked with and she is always a pleasure as well. I recommend them highly weather you have a large or small office!

The team at Benchmark are incredible. We have leased a handful of beautiful new Xerox multifunction printers with them and have had them help us with some minor service requests when we could not figure something out on our own. Their technicians are dispatched to us quickly and are always able to resolve the issues on the first visit. All of their staff from the office to the field workers are all very pleasant as well which makes the entire experience a breeze!
