These other reviews on customer service are so far from the truth! The "elderly gentleman" who's name is Robert aka Bob, is the SWEETEST. Just because someone is serious doesn't make someone rude. These men and ladies have always been so wonderful and are always VERY knowledgeable and without them I wouldn't be in business! I love this post office and although the main branch in palm coast is nice, I rather go to my small town post any day!

Went to the Post Office this morning, was greeted very politely, the gentleman answered my questions and got me out the door quickly, highly recommend this Post Office. I read previous reviews that did not sound good. I moved to this area last week and was pleasantly surprised.

We had a great experience today while applying for passports. All Postal service Workers were very kind and Knowledgeable. A special Thank you and Kudos to Bob that took a confusing process and made it understandable and manageable. He was such a pleasure to work with and we appreciate his expertise and kindness.

I go to this post office about 3 to 4 times a week, the guys here are always very kind to me and the post master always gives my daughter suckers: he even knows her favorite flavors.

I've lived in different places over the years and I've yet to find a post office as wonderful as this one.

The four stars is for the gentleman with the white hair. The woman was crass and unforgiving. The man even interrupted her bc he realized she was being to rude. He was helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

The delivery guy gave us someone else packaged and then left my package at a completely different house. SMH. However, when I called USPS Enrique was amazing and was able to help me find my package :):) kudos to him for saving the day!
