I always love my visits here! Associates are very nice and willing to help, but also not pushy as someone who just likes to browse and leave with a bunch of random products to try. They were out of most cosrx products when I went, but they’re really popular right now, and I went fairly close to closing, so I understand :). They at least had a travel size of the moisturizer I was looking for, so I still left happy! The cashier who rung me out was very nice and talkative, and even humorously gave me a demo of the lip oil I had just purchased— she also did not make me feel bad or awkward for saying my phone number incorrectly 😂

N’deia at the benefit brow bar just did my eyebrow lamination, tint and wax. The experience was wonderful, she was so precise and diligent. I felt like I was in eyebrow surgery with how thorough she was! She was so friendly and explained everything perfectly :)

I was there today for a good hour. LAUREN WAS AMAZING! I was looking for a shampoo,conditioner,and foundation. Lauren took her time with me testing multiple foundation shades. We finally found one. Awesome customer service!

I have been a loyal customer of Ulta in Willow Grove for quite some time, and I must say that my experience has always been delightful. Before I learned to do my own eyebrows, I relied on the Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta for shaping and grooming them, and I was consistently satisfied with the results. The estheticians there are highly skilled and attentive, ensuring that I leave with perfectly arched brows every time.

Even though I now do my own brows, I still visit Ulta for my makeup needs. The store offers an extensive range of cosmetics, from high-end brands to more affordable options, ensuring that there is something for everyone. The staff members are always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Their welcoming nature creates a pleasant shopping environment, making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.

Ulta's product selection is truly impressive, mirroring the wide variety found in all Ulta stores. Whether I'm searching for the latest eyeshadow palette, a new foundation shade, or a skincare product, I can always count on Ulta to have it in stock. With such a vast array of choices, it's easy to find exactly what I need.

Every single time I go in this store, I'm having an emergency crisis (I have to wear make up for my job. Says so in my contract) and each time they not only help me relax a little but they personally escort me to what I am looking for since 90% of the time I'm in a hurry too. Truly some of the best staff in a make up store that I've seen in a long time! Keep up the great work!

So happy with my salon experience with Candace. I originally asked for blonde hair with dark roots at another salon was given blonde highlights. (Pictures for reference) Candace was able to fix all the issues I had with my hair and did way more than I expected. She was able to achieve an amazing color and style in just one visit. She is definitely very skilled and does an amazing job of providing what’s asked. I highly recommend her!!! Thanks so much for a wonderful hair experience

I went to Ulta for my bridal shower and was amazed how awesome they did!! Alyssa did my makeup and Kay did my hair! My hair doesn’t hold a curl with regular curling irons so I have to use a straightener. The curls were PERFECT the entire day! My makeup was flawless and lasted until I took it off. Alyssa definitely listened to what I was looking for and she did it! I highly recommend this ulta. Plus the rest of the employees are super friendly so it’s a win win situation!

This Ulta location is a very clean, very organized store. I can easily find what products I'm looking for. The opening displays at the front of the store are very inviting, and it's very easy to lose yourself in there (in a kid-in-a-candy-store kind of way). I'll probably stop by this week to find what I couldn't find at a different location, because I know exactly where this product is located in-store.

Love it,LOVE IT, LOVE IT! I'm like a kid in a candy store! Everyone is so friendly and helpful I've never had a bad experience and I've been going to this Ulta for 5 years!

For the Salon I go to Jaclyn love her work she's the best and really listens to what you want and works with you!

For the Brow Bar I go to Cintia she's a brow goddess!

I give this place 5 stars because Cyntia at the brow bar is amazing! She takes the time to talk to you and nap your brows the way you want and can always suggest good products to help fill them in if you need it. I will not trust anyone else with my brows!

Location checkout is usually pretty busy on weekend, other than that all experiences have been good here!

Such a nice store ! With wonderful employees . Your Philadelphia store should learn from them. Imagine shopping without being profiled by lousy security guard. Thank you for making my experience a nice one and helping me pick products

Great Service my make artist was very nice and very patient I felt upset because my skin is very dry and finding a foundation for the winter is a nightmare but she was very professional and patient and gave me so many options I finally got my foundation and I couldn’t be any happier I wish I could remember her name and tell her how great full I am for giving me the perfect foundation that matched my needs and her patience and her professionalism and everyone who was also there to give advice Thank you!!!! Very friendly environment!

I got my 1st Deva Cut today with Mary and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. It’s hard for me to find a stylist that can manage my 3c curls & now that I’ve found Mary my search is over. I cannot recommend her enough!

Love this location. Very convenient, always have what I need in stock and the staff is super helpful. Went in last night and Naria went out of her way to make sure I found everything I was looking for and even introduced me to my favorite new makeup brand. Thank you Naria!
