One of my favorite stores. Great prices and good quality products.

Good place to go when they are having sales promotions. We purchased casual dinnerware, glasses, silverware, and bathroom rugs for our daughter's new townhouse. We saved a lot of money versus retail.

The clothes high quality and not very expensive
Some corner there have a very big discount
to many kinds of stuffs
Even if it is so big،the staff are rearrange in good way
The Christmas stuff are very interested
you can feel Christmas there
There's also discount for the kitchen staff
The shoes are marbles

My daughter lost her AirPod so she put her phone number and after tow days they call her that they found it .how nice they are

Love Willowgrove Macy’s, it’s by far my Favorite Macy’s to go to. There’s this 1 cashier who is such a sweetheart and so helpful. She remembered me from just my being there one time when a storm knocked out the electric so the wait was a bit longer bc the registers had to turn back on and reboot. So now whenever I’m in that Macy’s I make a point to see if she’s working. I’ll always wait in her line bc she’s friendly, pleasant with a great sense of Humor that knows her job well, and is a fast cashier. This store always has the best selection from jewelry, to men’s, juniors and Women’s clothing. Love the Perfume/cologne selection as well as the purses! I’ve bought many of my purses here, and will continue to do so. Along with sneakers and shoes this is my go to for everything including bedding as well! I obviously bought the nike sneakers, and both black and white shoes! I wasn’t taking my sock off to try on the white pair of shoes, with the pandemic going on! Also the levi T-shirt my friend has on, bought that as well. My other friend whose trying on the blue boots also bought them as well!

Got a great suit and was fitted for it by Tarifni. He was very helpful and very quick with work! Would totally give him a raise!

The staff on 3rd floor(cashier section) a lady by the name Bermique Joseph was very helpful to me and made it easy for me to maneuver and resolve my issues. with my returns..She is an asset to Macy"s

the best deals for every taste!
pay special attention to macys backstage, it is usually located on the lower floors.
although these days there are huge discounts in regular departments, for example, levis jeans can be bought with a 40-50% discount, POLO; TOMMY HILFIGER; MICHAEL KORS; CALVIN KLEIN and many other brands have literally collapsed in prices!!
and “willow grove park mall” was installed a Christmas tree near the entrance to macys on the 1 st floor, and on weekends in the morning kids can sit on Santa's lap and make cherished wishes.

Great retail store . Check out the backstage area, great finds there.

I experienced excellent customer service at this location. I purchased an item months ago at another location (Cottman Ave) and was never issued a refund after returning the item. Syed, who was extremely courteous, assisted us throughout the entire shopping process and helped me to receive my refund. Paul, the store manager, was quick to help and very understanding as well. I am a frequent customer and will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

I love shopping here. The fashions are stylish and age appropriate.

I went to return an item but the associate that used to help me every time was on her day off. I received an email that the home department has a sale of 50 and 60% off.
The associate Michelle was wonderful and provide an excellent customer experience, she helped me and showed me the towels and bed sets.

My husband and I bought a bed at Macy's and with Marie's help and patience was so helpful, explained everything to us, & answered all our questions, we also needed it shipped a certain week, she arranged it and everything was perfect!! From our first meeting with Marie to the delivery Amazing!!! Thank you again Marie your the Best!!!

Antonio was great! He was helping me to purchase Mac cosmetics and he doesn't even work that counter! He has a shining personality and made us laugh. Very sweet and a pleasure to deal with. I've had miserable people at Macy's before lately and some very nice. Another woman helped as well sorry I don't recall her name she was on her break but still helped. That was above and aboard. Thank you!!

Always a pleasure to shop at Macy's. Boys 8-20 department has a very limited selection.

Wasn't crowded even though we were inside the Mall. Register lines had a nice flow. The shoe department needs a little tidying up, but most shoes had matches.
