My wife and I deal with the staff at this post office quite frequently and they have been nothing but friendly, helpful, and patient with both us and other customers. I just feel like the staff deserve a bit of recognition for consistently delivering great service!

This post office has some patient, hard-working, staff! I stopped in to do a work errand and the card reader was down (apparently at all stores). I made my way back to my car and a staff member knocked on my door window to let me know the card reader was back up. He came all the way outside to my car to let me know, saving me a trip. He didn't have to do that but he wanted genuinely to help me out. My visit was fast and noticed a lot of patience the staff showed. Customer service of any kind is never easy, and sometimes USPS offices don't have all the resources/staff they should have (not staff's fault). Be patient and kind!

Not sure why folks have such negative things to say — I’ve always had great experiences here (5+ years)! There’s usually not a long line because the employees are very efficient and helpful. The location is nice and neat. I have done everything from passports to shipping odd items and returns, and the staff are always professional. We’re lucky to have a post office like this in the neighborhood. Like others have said, respect goes both ways.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this post office. The same gentleman is always working when I have been there in the evenings and he is friendly, good natured, and helpful!

I made a long extensive negative review about a couple months ago. However while I was dreading going there as soon as I went the experience was completely different. They got a whole new staff everybody was really cool friendly and they were quick. Now keep in mind last time I went there was a line of 3 people and it took me 20 minutes to get to the counter. This time there was a line of idk 15 and it was faster then last time. Granted the situation could have been completely different and that's understandable. But what impressed me the most was the staff and that is all I could really ask for the manager Mrs lipson was very professional and extremely friendly so overall the experience was great. Thank you for getting staff that don't hate every single person that comes in.

Super friendly, prompt, and helpful! I needed my condo mailbox lock changed, as I misplaced the one and only key that was given when I bought my home. It was handled the same day for a nominal charge, and I was given not one, but 3 keys! My experience was pleasant and expeditious.

I had an unfortunate circumstance today where my package was placed in a parcel box but I could not open it. The employee on the phone was polite and helpful. She called the carrier AT HOME to confirm delivery and then brought keys out to retrieve my package on her way home!

I may be going against the grain here, but I have had a great experience with the Franklin Post Office. I actually do not live in Franklin but I used to live in the area and a friend accidently sent a birthday package to my old address. I was instructed to call the Franklin post office to see if they could help retrieve/locate my package.

Christine was an angel and went above and beyond to help get this package to me---sending multiple carriers to the house to see if the current owner had it (He did.).

I am so appreciative of Christine and her superb customer service.

I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and never had any problems with my packages. The employees here really care about their customers. I find a smile goes a very long way.

I needed to ship a painting, and I had no idea how to package it safely. They were so helpful and patient with my concerns, even though it was quite busy. I only spent maybe 10 minutes there, which was very fast considering I needed to pick out materials and package my painting.

I mostly do drop-offs at this location for eBay sales and some other shipments before or after work. They know my face and alway smile and say hello, thanks, etc even when busy. Great staff.

I had a problem with a delivery and spoke to Maria. She is the most helpful, pleasant and professional person I’ve ever talked to at any Post Office. She took the time to get me answers to all of my questions. Absolutely Outstanding Service!!!

I use this post office a couple time a week and the employees have always been courteous and helpful.

My local post office. I've always received great service. Only problem is Louis DeJoy! He needs to go ASAp. Can't believe he is still there.

Always super nice to me and very efficient when I go in, which is fairly frequently. I'd be frustrated also if I had the same issues as the other reviewers, but we haven't, luckily.

Qin is so engaging, helpful and fun, so full of vibrance and goes above and beyond to help with any questions or issues!

I have had multiple things shipped out at this location, and have never had an issue. They are a bit strict about their rules, but that's probably out of their control.

Mailed a couple of packages today. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The post office did package deliveries on saturdays in mailbox. Great service!
