Very large store with a lot of options. Not many affordable options, but options nonetheless. Ended up not making a purchase and heading to Academy instead.

I have never had a bad experience in this store. I just bought my 3rd pair of Brooks today. Raine and Jesse went above and beyond excellent customer service. This is why I come back to this store every single time I need shoes. Keep up the good work!!!

4/9/20 had lost my wallet realizing it after I had left store over an hour later.
I called the store and wallet had been turned in to front desk.
I drove directly back and store manager said it was found in the front door of store and turned in by military service member.
Would like to reward this person one day if at all possible. Tried to offer cash to manager to by staff lunch etc but she would not accept.
All of my credentials were in wallet as well as all my cash over 800$.
Can’t say thanks enough to kind stranger and staff at Dicks Sporting Goods store and appreciate they’re honesty. Manager had also determined we had account membership and called number on account leaving message my wallet had been found in store.
God Bless and thanks to those who serve defending our country to staff at Dicks.

Play was the first time that I needed help in the store by associate and a young man named Riley went to the back to get the two items I needed. He was courteous professional efficient and very friendly. Thanks Riley.

Toom my 12 yr old daught christmas shopping and she was in Nike heaven... Got exactly what she wanted with the gift card she received from her aunt.

I use this location quite often, the golf section more than anything. They are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I was looking for a certian set of clubs a couple weeks ago and they were the only place that had them. I was tied up at work and couldn't get there until late one evening. I called and told them what I was looking for and was told not a problem it would be ready and waiting for me when I arrived. As soon as I walked in all my stuff was ready and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service and I would highly suggest them to anyone looking for great service in a golf department.

This is a well organized store. The staff is always very nice and helpful. They have good sales and have always tried to help me get the best price for what I'm looking for with a combination of sales and coupons. They have good quality products for all outdoor activities.

Angel was super helpful, and the rest of the staff was great and attentive as well! I look forward to shopping here again!

We came in this evening with very little idea of what we needed. Nick an employee stopped what he was doing to help us. He was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. He helped my nervous 4 year old find the right helmet and other accessories. He is a true asset to your company.

I have been having a lot of trouble finding someone that will work on brakes on a motorized bike.. even though they did not have the equipment in the parts that I needed Jose was very knowledgeable about my situation and what was needed..prices are very reasonable when it comes to working on bikes and I hopefully will be soon returning to let them do some work on the bike.. I just want to say thank you
