Louis in the appliance department helped me yesterday morning in Biloxi, MS. HE was AMAZINGLY helpful and truly went above and beyond. He was so patient and truly tried to answer each one of my questions. He never got frustrated when I looked at least 500 different refrigerators. I was concerned about how gallon jugs would fit, or if they would even fit, on the door of the model I was leaning toward. He went into the break room and came back with 3 gallon jugs so we could test it out. I was thrilled- it sold me on that one and I plan to purchase online today after some final measurements. I cannot say enough good things about this employee! Excellent customer service!!

The service inside is sub-par. Always impossible to find someone to help. But, the curbside service is where they shine.

I came in today not knowing what all I needed to paint my front door and trim. Richard in paint was so helpful and friendly. Then I went out to get mulch and Sharon checked me out and was so sweet and kind. It may seem like a small thing so some but this made my day. 😊

Sales associates are always helpful and friendly. My question about the location of an item was answered quickly. An associate had to get someone to get a forklift to get the item off the top of a shelf, but was courteous and helpful about all of that.

I had an online pick up hiccup and the customer service was beyond amazing. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely kind. I wish I would have gotten her name. The gentleman that helped load it in my car where extremely nice also. Thank yall for helping make a bad day better.

I always spend way more time than intended but it's because I love seeing all the different tools and stuff they have I'm like a kid in a candy store

It's my place for all my remodeling needs, glad I know the store well , most the employees don't have a clue where anything is if you can find 1.

Do not buy Samsung refrigerators !! I’m giving Home Depot the Good rating because it’s not their fault Samsung is a horrible product !! After 2 years my refrigerator doesn’t work anymore and I’m getting the run around from Samsung ! The compressor has a guarantee but that doesn’t matter ! I paid 1200 dollars for this fridge and I only had it for a little over 2 years !!

I needed to return 2 add on doors blinds purchased online and get 2 in a different size. I was prepared for a horrible experience. To my utter surprise, not only was it painless, it was pleasant. Angel at the returns desk in Biloxi was amazing! I walked out with my replacements.

I wish I could live inside “The Home Depot”. Lots of courteous people and experts Hooten point you to the right direction. These people really care about taking care of other customers. They’ll actually walk you to the locations where you need to go find the products, which was the way it used to be for many years.. They take a lot of pride in their efforts, and they deliver. Hooray for them and thanks.

Although I use both Lowes and Home Depot, I usually look at both when seeking specialized equipment. Offering the world's largest hand tool company, RYOBI, is a big plus!

I recently started shopping at this Home Depot for supplies while I am starting to renovate my home. A staff member there by the name of “Buck” is the reason I keep going back to this store. He’s extremely helpful and knowledgeable and whenever I go looking for something, he always knows how to help me. Not many people these days go above and beyond and he is definitely a rare breed. As long as Buck is working there, Home Depot has my business!

I was in Home Depot yesterday in the paint department and a young lady(African American), I did not get her name, was so friendly, helpful, and informative. She got customer service 100%. She even assisted me getting my 10 gallon paint to my car. If I was better informed about whether I could tip, I would have because nowadays, these store clerks, fast food cashiers, department store clerks obviously didn’t pass the customer service training. She had a smile that wasn’t forced and she continued be to just all around pleasant and seemed to enjoy being at work. She was the exception and I wanted someone to know and I hope she will not allow any one to take her joy or dim her light.

We are remodeling a new house.I have spent a lot of time in the Biloxi Home Depot store had some flooring needs ,sales associate Erica in flooring
is one of the most friendliest, outgoing associates we have dealt with in a very long time , she is knowledgeable of her department and went beyond the call of duty to help us with this project. I would like to note that the process needs a lot of work, to many third parties involved. Very frustrating and confusing to the customer. I’d much rather just deal with store personnel when purchasing items, Home Depot needs to take a long hard look at this process. . Erica is an asset to the store. Thank you Erica for everything and the time you spent with us .

Just FYI, not only once but several times I've visited Home Depot, I've been "Very Blessed" to have been helped by Niyana, she has gone above and beyond to help us from choosing the right paint to all our garden needs. So Biloxi Cedar Lake just saying your "Lucky" to have people that Love their job, and Niyana is that person. So stop by and ask for her. She won't let you down. Keep Doing an Amazing 👏 Job Niyana. : )

I love to do home improvements. That is why I go to Home Depot to get the required. Do it yourself items I need.

I have never been asked if I needed help bye about every associate I came across like I did shopping today. Don't know what has changed but it was awesome. I didn't have to walk around awkwardly at all looking for something. AWESOME JOB!!!!
