We went in a needed a tube on a fat tired old trek. Tuesday morning they didn’t have the exact tube but had a tube that would work. Had it done while we waited and we were able to go one and cruise the ocean with our bike. Would highly recommend we were on vacation and if we come back and need something we will be back!!! Thank you!!!

There's a reason there are so many five-star reviews! Duncan is the best! He's a Master bike mechanic that is a wizard at fixing anything. He's super smart and friendly. He's such a good guy that he even shows up crazy early on Saturday mornings before work to help with bike emergencies at the local triathlons. Just so happens that he owns this super cool sports store that has all the running stuff and also sells anything from a super affordable beach cruiser or kids bike to the 15K+ triathlon bikes. Go grab a draft beer from inside the shop and meet him and give back to the person who gives us so much

Great experience at this shop buying and having bikes repaired. Super helpful staff and the mechanics who worked on my bikes were really informative. They explained everything and my bikes have never ridden better. Highly recommend this shop.

We stopped here to rent bikes for the day. Everyone was very friendly getting us set up. Prices were reasonable and they had a few routes to try. There were no bike lanes and we didn't see any bike racks in the downtown area but it wasn't unfriendly to biking either. We did a nice mix of coastline, parks, neighborhood, and urban biking.

Duncan and his team at Tri Hard are fantastic! They work so hard, and do an exceptional job. I bought my first Tri bike (used) and it needed some work… I also wanted the tune up in less than a week’s time so that I could participate in a group training ride. The bike needed far more work than a simple tune up, but Duncan managed to fix it up within the short time frame provided and for an excellent price. Thank you so much! Strongly recommend Tri Hard for all your biking and Tri needs!!

I was so lucky to find this shop . I went in with a front rim needing bearings and walked out with a very new used Trek 4300 for a great price . Another customer paid forward three quarters the price of this fine bike 🚴 thank you again to my new friend I didn’t even catch his name and Tri Hard Sports for the AWSOME selection and service I’m a very happy camper 🚴

Very well stocked bike shop, super nice and helpful folks, set us up with couple of rental bikes, they had their mechanic make sure they were ready to go (without being asked), the bikes were in like-new condition and rode well without any issues. One of the best bike shops I've dealt with anywhere, highly recommend.

What a cool store! I was in the market for a specific mountain bike and reached out to Tri Hard to check if it was in stock. I received a prompt reply via Fbook when I messaged and then called a few days later to confirm it was still available before making the drive out from New Orleans. (The bike tech Chuck was very polite and friendly over the phone).

Upon arriving, I was floored by the variety and inventory the store had, I can't imagine any bike shop on the Gulf Coast has a better selection. I was directed to the store's owner, Duncan, who had the bike ready to go for me. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly did not have the "cooler than thou" attitude that permeates some specialty outdoor gear shops and can be off-putting to newcomers (myself included). I noted that he knew the names of a number of regular customers who walked in, which is always a great sign.

Duncan took the time to dial in the bike to my specifications and I walked out a happy customer with a new bike. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new ride and plan to pop in whenever I'm in Ocean Springs!

I didn’t catch the name of the nice guy that helped me but I found exactly what I needed and I will definitely be back soon. This shop is absolutely the best bike store I have walked into in a long time. No cold shoulder, pressure, judgement and most of all they're honest. Staff is amazing. Really words can't express the experience I received there, but I'm going to try. If you have disbelief just check them out. I promise you, you won't be disappointed. I wasn't and trust me takes a lot. I'm not one to even do reviews. Too much going on in my world to even have moment to. Made sure I did. Hell the environment was so beautiful I wanted to apply for a job there. Never leave.
You can tell from the love of the community they are really busy working on bikes. Attentive though in a good way. Making sure your presence is important and when ready they will give you the warmest, dedicated, most rewarding customer service one could ever ask for.
