Chloe was phenomenal! She took great care of me and made sure I liked everything she was doing to my brows. I highly recommend booking her for a wax! Also oranus is phenomenal with hair! She always takes great care of me as well. Both of these employees are great and very friendly!!

I went to Ulta Salon after just moving here from NYC and S. Oranus gave me a great highlight and a perfect trim. She tried to style my hair but let's be honest...when it comes to my hair...the only person who knows how to style my hair is me. What mattered most importantly was my highlight and the trim, which she did perfectly!!! Thank you S. Oranus for doing a wonderful job. Best Ulta store in the area. The company as a whole I am done with. Their customer service is awful. And I have spent thousands. What I can't get at Sephora, I will buy directly from the company. Ulta won't get my business anymore.

The hairstylists are great here. I recently had my hair done by a stylist and she did a fantastic job. She was a sweetheart and she gave me the exact look that I wanted!! I got my hair colored and blown out here a couple times. I would definitely recommend. Also, the staff at the cashiers have great customer service skills!! I’m a regular customer here and it’s always a pleasant experience!

I was just in there 20 minutes ago and had THE BEST experience with every employee I interacted with. I came in to figure out my foundation shade and had no clue where to start. The staff redirected me to the makeup artist in the store and she was AMAZING. She helped me find every product I needed and was treated so kindly by everybody in the store. Genuinely an amazing staff working and they deserve to know!
