I want everyone to realize it's not the workers behind the shields that need the masks, it is the customers that need masks, so we don't give them a sickness. Young and old, handicap or not , need to help our store be safer!!! Social distancing is a must, clean ur hands. Number one also , be thankful when convient stores r open for our needs, they don't have to? Rude people stay home, it's bad enough to have to deal with the covid!!!! Help ur elder or handi cap from ur family- teach them to be safe, wear mask n do their part. Or stay home n let others shop for them. I appreciate this bp, the cleanliness, the excellent customer service. Utmost them being open!!!! Be appreciative!

This is my favorite gas station in sun prairie, if not the world! They have absolutely everything, and the staff is beyond nice and helpful. I asked if a certain type of product could be brought in, and they were on top of it! Not only does this save me time and energy, it helps my mother out as well. So for that alone this place deserves all the stars and kudos. The manager or owner, I am unsure of which but he’s there all the time and walks with the stride of a true leader. He is incredibly helpful and friendly and leads by example. I can’t say enough good things about this place, and will continue to tell the world, this is THE gas station.

I rarely care or am even bothered by sub par customer service and ride it off as the employee having a bad day but this particular gas station is awful. There are signs everywhere that say pay in cash and get 4 cents off every gallon, so I went in and paid cash. I did the math at the end of filling and did not receive the discount. When I went in and asked them why not they were very rude and treated me like it was my fault they didn't apply it and DID NOT give me a refund. This is the last time I will ever be back there, and will tell everyone in Sun Prairie not to go to this location, and spend there hard earned cash somewhere else. It wasn't about the 70 cents I could have saved, it was the cashier's response to my question that really upset me.

Bathroom smelled good but trash overflow all over. Also breakfast croissant was hard not soft. However GreaT selection of ice cream.

Pumps do not work correctly. They shut off every 4 seconds. Waste of time don't bother ever going here!

Despite mask mandate and covid surge staff never wears masks and are coughing while working registers and stocking groceries.

The gas pumps are hit and miss sometimes working and other times you gotta go inside to pay.

Switched ownership a while back. Seems like they are understaffed. Wait is longer inside. Pumps are out of paper for car wash code. More focused on liquor sales.
