Ignore the bad reviews from others. My favorite Arby's ever. Food is always great and the staff is super friendly. So long as you treat them well they will treat you with the same respect you give them. Seems to be a foreign concept to those that always seem to have negative experiences when they go anywhere to get food.

Super good food, just boyfriends beef was a little too dry for him and the nice man up front nicely and responsibly replaced it with a new sandwich. Very thankful and he is such a cool professional guy. Always come and eat ♡

Tasty Greek gyro. Larger than expected. Much faster than McDonalds drive-thru next door. Nice cashier/manager? at window.

Quick, pleasant ervice. Market Fresh sandwich was great. Fries were hot and fresh. Only been to this location 4 times, but often stop when in the area. Eat VERY little fast food these days and always enjoy the food and experience here.

I can get through the drive up quicker than any other fast food place in Sun Prairie. I have always gotten what I ordered and the people are polite and friendly.

No inside acess or dining yet. We were allowed to use more than one coupon which was very nice of them. Good beef, bacon & cheddar and crispy chicken sandwiches, and of course great tasty curly fries & orange creamsickle shake!! Yum!!!

The gyros here are awesome. There are 3 choices; turkey, roast beef and Greek. I've had the beef and the Greek and they're both delicious. Very traditional flavor in an excellent, nicely soft flat bread. The current deal is 2 for $6 and is a great deal.

I am rating this place 5 stars, BUT I AM DOING SO with the thought in mind that this is still a fast food establishment. Their sandwiches are delectable (definitely one of my guilty pleasures), and their fries are good. What gives this place the fifth star, for me, is the amazing selection of sauces! Everyone who knows me knows that I'm going to get every kind of sauce that I can to go with my meals when I'm out. NOM. 😍😄

A top tier chain. Amongst the little things like amazing customer service, quick lines, and good food. THEY OFFERED ME; OFFERED ME SAUCE. I get the roast chicken salad and it beats any sit down restaurants salad around for miles. The classic beef and cheddar are super good as well. I've not had a bad experience at this clean arby's.

They have a TV, usually tuned to the local team's game. They also have some really great work space for you "can't put work down even while eating" types... You know who you are. 😊. Food is good but value, with coupons or text deals, is outstanding! One of my all time favorites. They do, in fact, "got the meats.". 🍖🍗🥓

I've had bad experiences here but today was great. Food was excellent and one gentleman staff members was cleaning lights over un occupied tables , then cleaned the table/ seats underneath. He came to our table TWICE and asked if he could get us anything else. Super service by him!

Order was quick and food was ready fast. We were able to use multiple coupons and learned this is always okay as long as no coupon was a free item. Very happy and pleased with this service and location.

I ordered the cheese steak sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. It's really tasty. However, it was too big for me to finish. LOL

I guess I went on a bad day. The counter person was frantic. Running all over the place. As I was waiting for my food, she said she ran out of some meat.
