Build-A-Bear Workshop

My husband & I made a bear. We each put a heart with a wish inside and got him a heartbeat and lavender sachet! We dressed him in black striped gym shorts and a black t-shirt that says love! It was very fun!

My first time at Build-A-Bear and I had so much fun! The associate was friendly, engaging, and helped me at every station. They now have some fun Christmas animals to choose from.

Shout out to Matthew!! You made my 5 year old daughter so happy!! You have such an amazing and kind heart. She fell asleep in the car with her new pokemon on the way home. She asked about you and hopes she will see you again at build a bear. Thank you for being you! ❤

Closed When supposed to be opened, Me and My mom tried to go today, No customers, Employees, Nothing. Door was Locked Completely, and lights are turned off, there was still Christmas Stuff Inside, I’m guessing it was closed in December, or Christmas. Me and my Mom Hope It will Open Back Up When we come back In June.

Got my first build a bear at age 18 and I’m 26 now. I went here and got a Pikachu when he first released and the employees treated me as if I was 5 which isn’t a bad thing at all. I got to hug my plush and stuff it until i deemed it stuffffed and rubbed it’s heart to keep it warm. To this day I have Pikachu. I also eventually got Pichu and Grookey. I never been to a bad build a bear ever. Always a positive atmosphere.

Great sales people and friendly service!!! The staff was not pushy at all while helping us to find our son's toy and accessories. They also gave us a great deal on his Christmas toy and triple-wrapped it to keep it a secret from our son!

Shoutout to the worker I met with who I got to chat about a bunch of pokemon and sanrio plushies while I got Sprigatito. Didn't get their name but you made my day and I still think about it

We took our kiddo here for the first time and when we first got there the store had locked up. Tony saw us about to walk away and let us in because he didn’t want to see us sad. It was the sweetest thing someone has ever done for us and made our day. My kiddo had such a great time and is super excited about her first build-a-bear!!! It meant a lot to me too being able to bring her here since it was a place a loved going to when I was younger. Thanks Tony! You’re amazing :)

Great 1st time experience taking my daughter for her 4th birthday. She skipped the birthday bear offer and picked the roller skating unicorn. Vic was so great walking us through the experience and great with my daughter. My daughter watches the video over and over of Vic helping her stuff and "heart" her unicorn. She loved the birth certificate computer too. My daughter first walked in wanting a narwhal that they did not have and Vic even drew her a special narwhal sticker. Thank you for making her day!

We took my daughters here for the first time and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing and so friendly, they helped us and answered all our questions! We are already planning on going back, thank you ladies!

Pleasantly surprised to find a Build A Bear store on the island. Fun place to make your own plush animal complete with a birth certificate and heart ceremony and clothing made just for your new plush friend. Great place for the kids as well as the young at heart.

Every time we come in the staff is friendly. The lady with a unique name that helped my 3 year old with his birthday bear was truly a kind and friendly soul.

The Bluffton Build-A-Bear is fantastic! The workers are so friendly and helpful! They take a genuine interest in the children that visit and work hard to make sure all the customers have a fun experience!
