So kind and easy to get in touch with. I called this morning about a squirrel we found in our yard that was hurt after the storm and Lori was the sweetest to offer us help! Thank you!!

I called them this morning about 3 baby possums we found in a bucket of water at work. She was incredibly nice and came quickly to get them, I highly recommend contacting them if you have wildlife that needs rescuing.

I had called a couple weeks ago because we found a pelican just laying there. I was thankful they had a number to message but we went back later to check on him and he was gone so not sure if anyone picked him up or not but they were very helpful!

I have called this organization several times over the last year to help with injured and/or sick songbirds and even an owl. They were responsive and most of all compassionate. Yesterday, my nieces and I found an injured warbler so we called and they arrived within a couple of hours. After asking questions, I found out that these guys are all volunteers and most if not all work other jobs to live. They often use their own gas and resources to come out and pick up animals. They did not ask for support but my family is going to start giving monthly and find other ways to help out. It disappoints me that others would leave negative reviews about their responsiveness and/or even a 4-star review hurts people and to leave it because you have not been to the place. Seek to understand. In reality, you are hurting all the people that need these type services. It is selfish. My question is have you offered to support or help these type organizations? I have never been to the actual facility and do not know the people but will support them. We look forward to getting an update on the bird you just picked up and continue the good community work!

I cannot say enough good things about these folks--THEY SHOW UP....EVERY TIME. i have not had anywhere the same response from one of the more popular, go-to wildlife rescue/rehab organizations.

These kind people can always point you in the right direction when you need help with wildlife in need. Knowledgeable staff with a passion for their work!
