Great service! Been in Gardner since 1998. Our REGULAR mail carrier is awesome! Has regular mail with packages. Very nice guy too. He always waves when I drive down my road. The Post office is really good too and I get in and out quickly because I am prepared and my package is ready to ship. People who left bad reviews are just butthurt due to things that can be fixed easily and honestly should not receive any mail at all.

This Gardner branch is wonderful. Every time I've been in they are very friendly, helpful, and quick. Rarely a line!

Make sure to get receipts when you drop off packages. Too many lost packages. Receipts will save you though as they make sure your item is scanned in as received.

Whoever is in charge of PO Boxes doesn't pay very close attention to their job.

Trying to call and get help is from this specific location is ridiculously difficult. I've been working with the call center trying to get help because I'm unable to go to the location during their shortened hours.

Spent months trying to figure out why my PO Box key isn't working. Finally take time off to go into the location. I'm given some vague reasoning that "the guy in charge had it blocked". Don't know why, said maybe payment. They don't know if it will happen again. I pay yearly and it's paid in October. This is mid December.

Constantly filled with mail that isn't mine. After I'm told they are extremely strict that only mail from those listed can be put in the boxes.

Just not very much care put into this and customer service seems to match. Can you please pay these people more so they will actually care?

The service staff are kind, unfortunately not always attentive. Walked in this morning to send a package off to an empty office. There's a loud chime that goes off when the door opens so I figured someone would come up to help. Didn't happen. Called out a couple of times and waited. Nothing. I could hear people talking in the back so people were there. I called out for them to have a good day and left. I get that they're busy, but I hated to have to use UPS today instead as I want to support USPS whenever I can.

Not big enough and not enough help. People are nice though.
