This is one my favorite small town post offices in eastern Kansas. They do a remarkable job of staying on top of things given the size of the place and their proximity to the big new intermodal that was built just up the road.

We went into the Edgerton Post Office today for our passport appointment. We were surprised at how efficient the process was. Sam was on duty and she did a great job. She even upsold us on some really cool dinosaur stamps. Great customer service. Very polite and professional. Very efficient. 5 stars.

I came here to request a passport. I called ahead of time to set an appt. and was told everything I would need to bring/complete before coming in and total cost (several options depending on what passport package you were getting and picture). Tammy and Carol were very helpful and easy to work with. There were several other people there and were each receiving individual attention. They got me in and out in 10 minutes, and as far as post offices go this one is top notch.

The staff at the post office in Edgerton has always been the epitome of kindness and helpfulness every time I've had interactions with them! They've been especially helpful when a package was misdelivered to the intermodal, or when a package was stuck in a hub at the intermodal. The ladies there do so much for the community in how they look out for the citizens. I love knowing I will always be smiling when I leave the office.

Went here to get all three kids passports and renew mine. The ladies that work here are amazing... Very helpful friendly and they're quick!

Carol is the bomb...yeah, I know my postmaster on a first name basis and find all the help to be friendly and right on when it comes to knowing their business, we have lived around here for twenty five years and have had nothing but success with Edgerton USPS

Historic place old been here forever what's to say other than that it a post office

I've had 3 packages lost after they leave your facility. It's 2 hours from my house. Where do they go!? It's been 5 days since the last package has been seen.

They need to open more hours and till 5.
Getting other people's mail in my PO box more than once a month. So I often wonder if my mail is misplaced.
