Corky's Ribs And BBQ

We got the jumbo beef brisket sandwiches with Mac and cheese, hush puppies, and the baked beans. The brisket was awesome and the sauce they use is delicious with that little bit of coleslaw in the sandwich as well. We got the onion rings tower was really good just could have used a little more breading on the onions and it is a lot of onion for two it's more of a appetizer for 4. The rolls that are served with butter before the meal we're delicious as well. Our waitress was on top of it the whole meal and did everything politely and with a smile on her face it was a great dining experience.

Had an absolute amazing experience especially for a Wednesday afternoon. I’ll be coming back until I’ve tried everything on the menu. My server was an absolute perfection of service. Food was delicious and I didn’t have to wait long at all. When I have people come in from out of the area I’m bringing them here for a BBQ experience

A Memphis gem! The food came out quickly with large portions and classic Corky's flavors. I LOVE the dry ribs, baked beans and hot sauce, coleslaw, and garlicky green beans. Friendly service and clean facility. Easy parking.

Authentic Memphis bbq dishes. Great deals during happy hour. Try the half order or nachos. And they have catfish. The rolls are amazing.

Very good wet and dry ribs. Excellent service at the drive through and inside, I've never had a bad experience here or an incorrect order. Excellent waiters and excellent food.

Great place for ordering food for Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July, etc.

It can be a little tricky turning left into or out of the parking lot.

The restaurant is in a shopping center so parking can be a tight squeeze sometimes.

The service at this location was good, really good. The servers were very pleasant, very fluid and efficient.
The food came out really good, everything was cooked right and ssrved hot.
The BBQ spaghetti was far better than expected and their bread rolls are definitely better than the average.

Hard to find one with dining room service. Half rack with baked beans and twice baked potato salad. Salad was rich with a tart twang to it. Very smooth and the potatoes were sliced into coins. Baked beans were good. Nice flavor, but the same could be found in a can. The ribs were not huge, but very tender. I got them half wet and half dry. The sauce is good but the rub is really tasty. Very meaty

Corey's is such a Memphis favorite for Southern BBQ! Located on the corner of Germantown Pkwy & Dexter in the Cordova area. It close for us to get a quick meal, always consistent. We get the ribs fir two, but the BBQ salad is so delicious.
They have a drive through window and you can order ahead for pick up as well. Covid regs are no mask required but wear a mask if you like.
The staff is very friendly and the service is fast! They have pork plates, BBQ chicken, spaghetti and the best homemade banana pudding ever, so safe some room.
I highly recommend Corey's and very family friendly.

Wonderful food and even better service! We stopped in for a dinner break after a long 9-hour drive, and our bartender made sure we had the most relaxing experience. He kept our drinks full and we had lovely conversation! The spaghetti is DELCIOUS, and the cole slaw is top notch. Corky’s meat selections are high quality and so yummy. Can’t wait to go back!

we ordered tamales for an appetizer and had to put on the brakes to keep from eating them all and filling up prematurely. the dinner rolls were fresh bakedj dinner rolls, not those those loaded with sugar food service ones we ordered a full rack of ribs for 2 and when we got them they were like the sole of my hiking boots and cold. i mentioned it to our server and she immediately pick up the plate. 3 minutes later the manager returned with another rack. not just our original rack reheated. this one was right fall off the bone and hot. the table sauces were thick and delicious. the hot one was just hot enough to keep my attention in a nice way. did i tell you how good the tamales were? there are a shitton of BBQ joints in memphis corky's is worth a single visit if passing through or multiple visits if you're in memphis regularly. look at the pic below of the tamale plate it tastes as good as it looks.

Greeted quickly and by friendly staff. We were sat, served, and eating within 10 minutes and the food was amazing! Although this is a bbq spot, I highly recommend the catfish plate. It has an old western vibe with brick and wood. Worth the stop.

I came through the drive through around 7pm on Thursday night. The young lady in the drive through was friendly and fast. My dinner was accurate & tasty. The beef is great !

Their bbq is great but so is their spaghetti. Love spaghetti. I go there specifically when I’m craving spaghetti

All you can eat buffet is back!!! Pork, chicken, sausage, spaghetti, fried catfish, slaw, etc. No banana pudding…..yet. Amazing food! Staff was friendly. Great service.
