AutoNation Ford Wolfchase

I met Mr. Tommy Barkley this past Tuesday about getting my first car! By the end of it, I drove off of the lot with a Ford Escape fit for a king! The service was excellent and I’d recommend AutoNation and Mr. Barkley to anyone!

I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in for routine servicing. My Service Advisor, Joe, was very personable and helpful. He recommended an additional service that I was not aware of-to aid in cleaning out the additives and trash in my oil. I took his advice and added that service to my appointment. I have traded with AutoNation Ford for the majority of my vehicle purchases, as well as recommending them to others. I’m very pleased with their service.

Thank you got my F250 back in less than a week after a family friend accidently put gas in my diesel truck. Not a engine replacement thank God but Mr Ed was quick to get the truck in and serviced within 3 days. Job consisted of dripping the tank, flushing lines and replacing all filters plus a oil change. It's unheard these days to get a quick turnaround. Thank you autonation for getting me back on the road. I'll be back for service if needed.

The service advisor was a great experience she knew her job well, she was committed to excellence services and to get the job done. The shop manager had the same service,it was like a 1990 customer service experience. Quality and the whole team was eager to serve you in 2024
Ford's are looking a lot better.

I am a Service Advisor myself, so when you read this review I speak from professional experience. Ed, Barbra, and Gary always take care of me when I make an appointment and bring in my vehicle. I love in another state and drive past 3 different dealerships just to go there because of the level of service and comfort they provide.Ed did a sold job last Saturday on mine.very pleased

Kelly was our service person and she couldn’t have been more helpful! I was in the service department for some recall issues and was told it might take several days. I told her I needed to get my 91 year old mom to the doctor the next day, and could we reschedule? She worked some magic and got the car work done in hours so I could care for my mother. I am so appreciative of her efforts and those of the technician. Many thanks!!

I received great service as I recently took my Explorer in for service. Kelly took good care of reporting to me from the time I brought the vehicle in until the time I left. The work that had to be done took a few hours but, the wait time seemed to have passed by so quickly because Kelly kept me updated throughout. Kelly is a STAR in my book. The service was GREAT!

I took my truck in for a software update and oil change. The software update had a glitch after hours and the service manager took me in right away and provided a loaner so I could go about my plans. I was in and out in 5 minutes. She could not have made that situation any better. I was very

I had an amazing experience with everyone. Our sales agent Issac Lodge was very patient with me and all my questions. He also was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I looked at. Also our finance guy ( P something can’t think of his name) was also awesome. He explained every thing I was signing and what everything meant. I would highly recommend Auto Nation. I had the honor and privilege of meeting your assistant service manager name Lee. The one thing customers depend upon is a honest and professional car technician. I was quite impressed and pleased with Lee’s knowledge. I was informed by a shop I normally go to that I need a brake job done immediately. I decided to take my car to Wolfchase Ford for a second opinion. Lee informed me my brakes were fine and my car was in excellent shape. He also informed me no work needs to be done today. I was truly impressed with Lee’s honesty and willingness to ensure I received outstanding service. Because of Lee’s attitude, honesty and integrity I am now a Wolfchase Ford customer for Life. I also plan on purchasing my next new car with this dealership as well…. highly recommend everyone use this dealership and ask for Lee the assistant service manager who hopefully will be promoted to Service Manager in the near future ( smile)…..

HQ was great! He let me pick out the cars I liked to test drive and was able to answer any questions I had about them. After all of the paperwork was done HQ even took the time to explain all the features of the car to me to ensure I knew how to use everything before I left the lot with my new car!

Great staff made my purchase very easy. Ordered on Friday and picked up on Monday. Perfect!!! Everybody was so helpful in walking me through my purchase. Wish all places were as wonderful an experience as this one was. My go to dealer from now on!!

Let me start by saying, I am grateful for their assistance and taking a chance with me. I have been turned down by almost every dealership in the city of Memphis but Autonation Ford Wolfchase took the time to work with me and I can’t thank them enough. My salesman Ryan was patient, he listened to my concerns, and he was caring. I wasn’t able to get my appraiser’s name but he gave me a great offer on my trade in. Then to knock the ball out the park, my finance guy Patrick came through and worked an amazing deal for me. When I say my team were heavy hitters, they were very helpful, they didn’t give up, and in the end, I am now a Ford girl. They also laughed at my corny jokes and made my family feel very comfortable during the process. I highly recommend them and I want to thank all those that were apart of my sales team.

My visit this last time was smooth and incident free. The car was ready in a timely manner & the valet service was icing on the cake. I was real impressed when my car was delivered to my home. I was very satisfied with my overall experience.

Service Advisor, Kelly, was absolutely awesome. She remained in contact with me throughout the process. They even had doughnuts and coffee available :-)
Found a great place to get my Bronco serviced.

Went for an oil change. We understand mistakes happen and technician forgot to fasten all bottom cover fasteners after oil change. Went back to get it fixed. Tech was great and he fixed it immediately. Received call back from manager and apologized for inconvenience. He committed to talk with service team and make sure this doesn't happen again.

The team at AutoNation Ford Wolfchase was really terrific on the purchase of my new vehicle. It always seems buying a car is a painful experience and long, but they made sure everything was ready when I arrived, explained all I needed to understand and had me in and out in under two hours. After having left my vehicle for two weeks for an opening to service once they were able to look at it they determined the problem and ordered the part and repaired it on a couple of days . The repair was done to my satisfaction and the service adviser Joe did an excellent job.

Another website identified an AutoNation vehicle as a great deal. I went to the dealership and met a really experienced salesman, Roger Craig who let my wife and I test drive the truck. I came back the next day and bought it! Roger and the whole team, Shane, PT. were very accommodating and patient. It was an easy and awesome experience. Top notch, customer and service oriented dealership!!
