I love this Starbucks … not only is it big but has plenty of places to hook up your laptop or charge your cellphone. Had tables inside and outside. Has super nice staff person who interacts so nicely with drive thru. She knew so many locals and you could tell she is very social and loves to get to know her customers. I’ve never been so impressed with a Starbucks employee. She talked, laughed and got to chitchat personally with each person and made the experience super pleasant. I was smiling just overhearing her. And she was helpful either suggestions but did not hold up the car line. I also like the compost they do, but wish they wouldn’t include the coffee filters in it. Lastly overall nice location and fast drive thru service. Ideal!!

Kim and Maddie were so helpful in creating my daughter’s complicated order. My daughter was nervous to order however Kim made it a fun experience for her. Maddie the barista showed her skills in making her layered drink to perfection! Happy Valentine’s Day!

Brand new and the third Starbucks in Kyle, and the second to serve the very busy I-35 corridor (Austin to San Antonio). Large and spacious with a very nice covered outdoor patio. Only comment is I am used to see nice artwork on a wall but here just two small Starbuck drawing pictures.

Sweetest staff ever. Hannah working at 3:00 pm this Friday the 23rd was especially magnificent. She deserves a raise or something for real!

Great service but atmosphere could use some art maybe, offer real porcelain cups instead of paper cups. I brought my own cup.

Stopped in for hot chocolate. It was buy 2 get one free. Nice bonus. It was very bust. The wait wasn't too long .

My favorite Starbucks. Consistent drinks, service, attitude. A great start to my day! Thank you guys 🤗

You guys and your patrons handled this Karen in the maroon pants well today. He was throwing water bottles at cars and verbally harassing people in the drive thru line today. I didn’t get his license plate, but if anyone needs to press charges for damages to their vehicle, feel free to reach out. And to the lady who got out of her truck to confront him and the patrons who left Starbucks to defend her, you are the best! Hope Starbucks bans this silver Ford Escape customer for life.

Great place to have a glass of iced tea on a hot day and visit with your best friend.

Wanted to give a huge shout out to Miss Chloe. She is amazing. Such a sweet soul. We live only a few minutes away and I look forward to interacting with her each visit because the customer service is incredible. Drinks always taste great and come out pretty fast as well. Thank you for your kindness! We will be back.

I walked in with 15$, an empty stomach and a dead phone and no clue where I was because I’m from out of town. The staff was so helpful, not only did they help me get something to fill my stomach but they charged my phone and had an engaging conversation. I was here on November 23rd from 5:50/6:20am and got nothing but 5 star service. This is definitely a place I would return to. Each worker was so helpful. From the people behind the counter, to the people on break. Everyone was helping and courteous. If I could give 10 stars I would. 🙌🙌🙌

I went this morning for my daughter’s dragon fruit refresher, The lady who took my order had a super positive attitude, she took my order kindly, quickly and correctly, I could tell she was taking my order with a smile as well; also the young man who give me my drink was very kind . crew working having that attitude is very important for the business and for the customers; thank you very much for your service :)

Finally tried the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and it was delicious 😋 and service was great.

Alyssa at this location was super helpful! She was super friendly and remade my drink due to an issue the day before. And it was the best my coffee has ever tasted.

I loved it there kind staff and people I love their little treats that they have and I love and always get their Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino

Not my favorite location because it's typically busy and even ordering ahead, it's typically always going to have to be run inside order because drive through is wrap around. However, I love that it is drive through and off the freeway. But mostly I like the customer service. That typically beats out any negatives.

Baristas great and at 6 am plenty of seats to choose from.

This is always one of the best Starbucks I have been in yet. Everyone is always so kind and in a great mood! Thanks to all of you for being so personable and efficient. Five stars all around!

If this the FM150 location NB IH35, I can say that every staff person that I've encountered has ROCKED. Top shelf. Ask them about my car breaking down in their drive-thru on a Tuesday morning. Never a tom. Bahahahahaha

Gladys and all at this location are awesome and very professional. With the Holiday rush on the cup promo, even when customers bombarded the store each and every employee stayed calm and collected, professional and curious. You all rock
