clean, quick and my coffee tasted amazing! the cashier lady was so sweet and complemented my jewelry❤ will definitely be coming back to this location!

My son loves their kolaches. Although the last year the price on them has gone up 3 times but they do have rewards and deals in app for coffee

The menu has sure changed a lot from my younger days, as well as how the place operates. All in all I do admire how the employees & the manager strive to make customers happy even when it seems nearly impossible. Highly dedicated staff. Thank you very much for helping me understand before I made assumptions.
You can never go wrong with the minis, they are affordable, have a variety of different flavors and though I don't recommend this, it's easy to indulge while driving 😆.

Love the special they have, $3 med coffee and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Stopped by this morning on my way to run errands, had to get my fuel on... lol for $3! And a donut 🍩 ofcourse how can you go to Dunkin Donuts and not get any donuts...

GOOD SERVICE.............GOOD DONUTS THAT MAKE ME GO NUTS :) I FREQUENT THIS DUNKIN DONUTS OFTEN BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES ARE GOOD AT THEIR JOBS AND KEEP THE RESTRAUNT CLEAN.....ALSO EMPLOYEES PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE...I USUALLY GO TO THE DRIVE THROUGH AND ORDER A SWEET TEA WITH 2 LEMONS AND THEY HAVE IT READY FOR ME ASAP...EDIT: AS OF DECEMBER 1ST THEY HAVENT HAD LEMONS.... DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE EXPECTING LEMONS!

We ordered through the app.. didn't receive a time to arrive or any confirmation via text or email. (I'll look into that later).. so we had to guess on when to arrive. Once we did, the manager (who I believe is named Star) said she wanted to remake our order because it had been sitting there a while. There was a huge grumpy lady in the back who very loudly complained about remaking our order. "THEY'RE AN HOUR LATE!!!" Although we had no idea when it was ready or supposed to be ready to begin with. Star was so kind and understanding. We didn't even ask for it to be remade. The fact that Star so effortlessly displayed the initiative to remake our order is enough for me to give HER 5 stars. She deserves some recognition. Thank you, Star. Your customer service is amazing. ♡

I've been going pretty regularly for a few months now. The team they've hired recently are fantastic. They are kind and pleasant. They have been quick and friendly and the only time I've ever had an issue, it's been completely out of their control (out of stock for supplies, or app issues) yet they try their very best to make things right and never hesitate to offer a refund if they can't. I've never been given attitude or felt like they are annoyed to be there. Even when understaffed, they have managed to have good attitudes and provide great customer service.
I'm giving 5 stars for 2 specific reasons. Their excellent customer service and they're breakfast menu and prices. I don't care for their donuts or coffee necessarily but the other two things I mentioned are enough to get me there pretty frequently.

It's also a Baskin Robin's. Service was excellent and the ice cream was delicious.

My kiddo wanted to get donuts for their work colleagues. Normally we wouldn't go here but Kyle donuts was closed for summer time off. Absolutely no hate to them I'm glad they do that. Dunkin drive thru employee was very nice. We placed a pretty big order they packed up quickly. Happy with the donuts and service.

This Dunkin is much better than the one in Southpark meadows drink wise when it comes to matcha. They take their time making the drinks but also make them fast at the same time. The lady at the window with the blue hair has exceptional service. Definitely recommend this Dunkin!

I wanted to change my meal to avocado 🥑 toast and they were so sweet about it. The manager was working the window and he was amazing! The line is usually long but it goes quickly, so that's all that matters! I'm caffeinated and ready to go now.

I love dunkin donuts coffee, lately they have had problems with their machine that makes frozen coffee. But the manager i have dealt with is super nice and offered a discount on an additional drink plus gave me a sample of another drink free. Hope they fix the machine soon. I honestly haven't waited long. Maybe because i don't go during peak hours.

Extremely quick service, order has been correct (and delicious) every time. Rewards program has improved even after changes made last year.

I need to learn how to order and I’m sure I’ll get it all eventually lol. The pumpkin non spice drink is good, not too sweet.

I go here every weekend morning for my lattes and I have nothing bad to say! The biggest mistake that happens is when they accidentally make my latte iced instead of hot, and they usually give me a free upgrade to a large for the wait. If any of the employees or managers are reading this: I APPRECIATE YALL, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Very impressed on how fast their drive thru has become. Used to be slow but now usually in and out within 10 minutes!

Honestly, this is the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the entire area! Every time I’m in Kyle I always make it a point to stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The ones that are available in Austin are such a huge disappointment. I am thankful that the Kyle location is so awesome and on point!
