An amazing and enlightening experience! Mary was extremely knowledgeable about all the drinks and gave us all the info we needed to know before buying. Most importantly, she was approachable!! I don't know anything about loaded teas (this was my first time getting one) and I didn't feel dumb for not knowing how to order because of how nice she was. 10/10 experience, and the teacher discount helps, too. 😊

This place is the absolute best! The girls who work there are always friendly, knowledgeable of the products and extremely professional. I wouldn't recommend any other location for your Loaded Teas. I wish I could give then 100 stars because its always a great experience when I go and the teas are absolutely delicious!!! Don't forget to try the donut hole shot!!

Unnecessarily RUDE!! The young lady who opened the shop this morning was UNBELIEVABLY AWFUL!! When your sign, fb page, and internet profile all confirm that you open at 6:30 a.m. but the staff doesn’t get there until 7:39 a.m. (we watched her arrive) to open and then she barks HORRIBLY at the CUSTOMERS telling them they are going to have to wait because she isn’t even open & the should not have come in, however; it’s AN HOUR PAST OPEN time, the lights are on, & the door is unlocked?!?! We have been very loyal customers since the day you opened & gift cards from your shop are one of my go-to gifts- never again! NEVER AGAIN! That’s how bad it was! I get that everyone has bad days, but I also get kindness & customer service. I don’t think anyone there would have minded waiting for her to get ready, and probably would have even understood her opening late- I know we would have understood. If she had only handled it differently. Disappointing!
So if you are in the market to pay to be yelled at, made to feel like you’re a nuisance, and embarrassed- this is the place to be!
