Taco Bell

I got into the Marriott hotel late tonight and was looking for some food, and realized Taco Bell was across the street and still open.

I placed a mobile order without realizing the lobby was closed, and since I took and Uber to the hotel, I had to knock on the drive thru window to see if I could get my order.

JR and the team were super kind and helpful and got me my order super quick. Since I didn’t have a car, I waited on the patio and JR brought my food right out to me.

Awesome service from this late night crew.

Been to this location a number of times now since they built it, never had an issue. Maybe I'm just lucky, but it's always decent. Accurate food orders, friendly enough staff, wait times reasonable. Only complaint is that they need a new snow removal service for winter 😂 Probably not their own fault though.

Manager and staff extremely friendly. The manager, in fact, came out to the dining area to speak with the customers, making sure all satisfied. (He even offered me a free beverage when he saw I had forgotten to order a drink.) Our food came promptly and was well-prepared and of good proportion - even in comparison to other Taco Bells. We dined-in and found the establishment clean and in good order. All in all, VERY pleased with our experience at this Taco Bell.

The kindest customer service experience from the gentleman working at the window that I have ever had. He was very kind and sweet and I hope he gets recognized!

Staff at this location are the best I have had at any other location. Very polite with FLAWLESS SERVICE EVERY TIME. Staff recognizes past customers and great them accordingly. It's a pleasant environment to relax and eat.

The new GM is awesome! Friendly staff that get my order perfect every time. I drive 5 miles put of my way to avoid the Wisconsin Ave location just so I can come here. Very clean and qell maintained operation they have here.

Christopher is doing a phenomenal job here! I was greeted at the door and then addressed by name at the counter. What great service and culture this young man is creating here for taco bell. I love that they have a veggie cravings menu. The black bean Crunchwrap Supreme is awesome!

The place is great. The steak and cheese burrito with the cheese on the outside tasted burnt even though it looked fine. It just was not a great coice. Service was fine. Quirky painting on the building.

I don’t usually write reviews for fast food restaurants, but I was so pleasantly surprised tonight, that I had to. My husband and I stopped here around 10pm on 10/28 on our way home from a long, stressful ER visit. The man who took our order and prepared our food (I assume the manager) was so cheerful and friendly; it caught us off guard. When we pointed it out to him, he revealed that he was actually having a terrible night without staff, but that his goal was to remain cheerful and professional, to not take it out on the customers. What a rare thing to find these days. On top of that, it was the best food I’ve had from a Taco Bell, again exceeding our expectations. Our food looked like an advertisement, well assembled and fresh, and tasted great. It’s still Taco Bell, so I’m not saying it was gourmet, but no complaints from us tonight. Well done, sir. Thanks for making our bad night better.

You can only go thru the drive thru to get your food. The lobby is always locked. I guess they don't have enough staff.

Grabbed supper on my way home. Had the 3 supreme soft shell tacos meal. The drive thru attendant did a fantastic job, I got my food just right and quicker than expected. Thank you Taco Bell team for a pleasant experience.

Very nice staff & good food! I got incorrect change given to me at the window and went inside to get it fixed. Immediately the guy working the drive thru and the manager both were extremely helpful, apologetic, and kind!!! I really appreciated it since customer service is such a hit or miss these days.
They deserve higher ratings here!

2 days ago, we had the best drive through experience ever! Melodie (I hope that's right) was not only VERY good at her job, but was so fun to interact with! Our order was ready promptly and accurately and she was a delight!! That woman was one in a million! (Drive through)

The place was very clean. They messed up my order, I ordered a soft taco, and they gave me a hard shell. The manager took care of it without me knowing ìt. The manager said it was no problem he runs a good store. This was the first store that I was in that was well managed. All the taco bells should take note of his managerial skills .

This Taco Bell has the happiest people working there. Even though they may be understaffed and the line may be long, they ALWAYS great me with a smile and make me feel special. Love the grilled chicken chipotle ranch burrito. Best bargain in town.

This is a very good Taco Bell. Courteous staff, quality food, reasonable prices, and long hours. You can’t ask for much more from a fast food restaurant these days. It is much better managed than the one across town (Wisc. Ave), lately at least. I would give it a 4.5, but that’s not an option so I rated it a 5.
