This Arby's is consistent I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here

Great food. Fast service however I got 4 sandwiches and asked for Arby's sauce and only received 2 packets. I didn't realize it til after I had ready pulled out and didn't want to drive all the way back just for sauce. Kinda bummed cause I was craving the original roast beef for a long while. Not gonna make a fuss about it though cause we all screw up and it's not that big of a deal but it is the most basic part of the job. After reafax::i⁰ding some other reviews it seems like the common thing so that makes me wonder if it the workers or the management/ owner wanting to cut cost and increase profit?

Food very good. We got the fish and our granddaughter got chicken sandwich. Her's looked great 👍

A year ago I wanted to try the smokehouse brisket. It came with mayo and bbq sauce on it and I thought that was weird until I tried it. Oh. My. God. The best fast food sandwich I've ever had. So I would keep going occasionally every month for the smokehouse brisket, and the mayo wouldn't be on it. Come to find out that MAYO WAS NEVER SUPPOSE TO BE ON IT. I don't know why that worker kept putting mayo on my sandwich, but they were on to something. To this day, I can't get the smokehouse brisket without mayo.

I had a long day at work and stopped at Arby's for a quick meal on my way home. The drive-thru was busy so I went inside. The lady at the register was very nice and after getting my food and driving home it was still hot and good. I was well pleased.

I love this place because, most other Arby's shake machines are always broken down. When I've been at Mount pleasant Arbys there's is always working♥

I was pleasantly surprised with the prime rib cheese steak meal. It was fresh and hot and more than I expected.. Although I thought it was a little pricey it was well worth it to give it a try.. When I pulled up there the drive-through line was wrapped around the building, I was very surprised when it only took me 7 minutes to have my meal in my car. I was very impressed with the whole experience!

Haven't been here in a long time. They discontinued some things, but enjoyed the new ff. Clean and friendly staff!!

Very fast especially with door dash, I appreciate each and every one of the workers that take time to support our hunger and I am happy that you all are so optimistic. Thank you all and keep up the good work and enthusiasm!

Absolutely love this restaurant.. I primarily use the drive thru and they are quick and efficient. Every person I have came across in the drive thru are nice, respectful and friendly. Definitely one of my fav places to eat at

Had lunch there yesterday. I was surprised at how quickly the food came after we ordered. It was relatively busy when we were there but we had our sandwiches in one minute.

BEST fast food place in the entire area. I've gone there regularly for years. Service is always fast, food is always good. I've NEVER had an order made wrong or screwed-up. Staff, food, & service are excellent- what more can you want?

Went here on Wednesday evening at the Mt. Pleasant Pennsylvania location, and I have to tell ya, Arby's does it right, every single time.

With indoor dining shut down around here, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, and spilling out into the entrance from the main road, and I waited a max of like 6 minutes for my food.

When I recieved my food, the order was correct, and it was hot and fresh.

The cashier I had that night also, was amazing and professional. You could tell she was stressed, but she handled everything well.

I don't think I will ever stop eating here.

I absolutely love the cheese sticks from here and the Greek chalupa ,( spelled it wrong) with mayo instead of cucumber sauce. I stop every time I'm in the area and, at least, get some delicious cheese sticks. They have so much good food here. It's not just another hamburger joint. It's a good place to grab something quick and delicious to eat. I'll be going again.

My wife and I had the Cornedbeef Rubin and it was delicious. A young lady came out to clean a table, she asked I we needed anything, I said I forgot to get napkins. She went and got us some. That is outstanding service.

Always has new menu items to try and the Happy Hour Prices cant be beat.

Arby's has got to be the most consistent fast food place. No matter where you go it's always the same! Great food and great customer service!! 👍
