I have been going here for about 20 years. There used to be a grumpier owner guy but he got things handled and I have no complaints. Being independent you can check the big 3 to determine which is the best route to mail your package instead of being stuck with their carrier. The lady that took it over worked for the forementioned owner and is an absolute delight. It's always steady there but I have yet to wait in a more than one person line. Highly recommend

I love this place. They are kind, handle packages with care and even support small business. Wonderful place with wonderful employees. They also have a notary.

This place feels like a hidden gem. Much faster and easier than the post office and the staff is always friendly and professional. We once had a big package to ship, and they helped us find the best way to pack it and didn’t charge extra for the tape like some places do. They also do a price comparison between the major shipping companies to get you the best deal! I once had a package sent back to them and they called me so I could come and get it. None of the major shipping companies would do that. 10/10 they are the best.

Due to the USPS being unable to do their job, I rely on this place to get my packages where they need to go. I really appreciate that I can drop off my labeled items I've sold on Ebay and Etsy here. I just walk in (masked) and leave them in the designated area. The owner and employees are always nice. I've used some of their other services, such as faxing and copying, which are a reasonable price. They also rent mailboxes. I might have to look into that soon due to USPS being so messed up. But this place is great!

Always very friendly and very helpful!! Even during Christmas time very friendly and had two people working no one had to wait very long. They helped me repack a package as well at no cost to help get mailed a different way and a lot cheaper! YEAH

They exceeded my expectations. I needed a document notorized, and at a quarter to six although the public notary had gone home for the night, he turned around and came back to the print shop to assist me. I am impressed.

If all postage and packaging servicing businesses were the same as Sumner postal there would be no USPS. These folks are friendly put together and get the job done without the amazing long lines and always with a smile. Recent additions in staff, services, and products have been well received.

I called at 5:45 to ask what time they close. I got there right before 6 and the woman working asked if I was the one who called, saying she sometimes stays a little late if she knows people are coming late. My order was processed quickly and efficiently.

It was so quick and easy, I will never wait for the post office line again. 13 dollars 2 day for a package to texas. They provided the package and packed it for me.

I have been doing business paperwork with Dale and crew for years and I am soo grateful for him and his wonderful helpful staff there patience is much appreciated.

I needed a couple of documents notrized and sent. Everything went smooth And quickly for that process. The people there were very pleasant. I recommend this place.
