Just deleted my old review to make this one. This location is very up and down more down then up and they gicw half full fries most the time But rhwy do have some nice employees not all but some like millie yesterday on 2nd shift when the app was acting up she was so nice and i dont know her name but she wears aponytail light skin older nice lady. I just thought id say something nice when deserved.

Anytime I come to this location every single employee that I come in contact with here has great customer service. I'm not sure as to why they have negative reviews but maybe a new management has taken over because everyone is very polite.

Please see this. Whatever crew y’all have working this morning is on it. Some of the best customer service I’ve gotten out of a McDonalds, and we go back since the Hamburglar. I even had to come inside for something and they sorted it, real quick.

Raises. All of ‘em. It won’t Kill ya.

Cause most fast food spots in the area do not have a crew that works as smooth as this one has been. Cheers.

Guy who made my lced coffee was nice and the iced coffee was probably the best I had any Mcdonalds.Fast drive through time.One of the few good Mcdonalds.

I've been in this area for years and stop going to this mcDonalds because of the service, the wait, AND the cleanliness. Last night 09/03 around 8:30 ish I decided to stop as a last minute food option for my baby girl. I'm not sure if the staff was switched out, but it was THEE best experience I've had at that McDonalds. She was friendly, patience as we ordered and had the order correct. I believe her name was Chauncey or Shawnsey, Thank you so much for your service and kindness!

Oh my god! I wish every McDonald’s was exactly like what I just had. Drive through and both window employees asked me about my day with a smile. You just never get that any more. They were busy and had it on point! If there was ever a fish fil a connoisseur it would be me! I have eaten a McDonald’s fish sandwich no tartar sauce extra cheese at least twice a week for the last 35 years and when I tell you this was the best one I HAVE EVER EATEN I mean it!!! The fries were hot. I mean perfection. This is my comfort food! With so much negativity around these days, I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU AND KEEP IT UP! And while you are at it, call every other McDonald’s and tell them how to do it right! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

We stopped by McDonald's on a rainy and cold evening. Therefore expected long lines...It was a quick and professional experience. We forgot to ask for extra fries but had no issues ordering it at the window. The employee that took our orders was kind and assured us it wasn't too late and placed the order. I live for great customer service! Thank you guys! Keep up with the amazing service.

I ordered a quick burger and fries, and boy did they receive it. I understood that it was later in the evening, and didn't mind it. The fries, sandwich, and drink came out on-time and hella fresh, so no complaints. They were even cool when I got home, too. I will definitely be back to this location asap! shoutout to the team tonight at this location! i run a restaurant and i drive for Uber Eats and i just want to say thank you Garrett, Hector and other gentleman that was the cook tonight! Us drivers really appreciate the customer service and understanding how far we drive for these orders and being patient with us.

I've been in the Sandy Springs area for 4 yrs now and everytime I enter this McDonald's the atmosphere is always Pleasant, great customer service, and always willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs. 👍

DELICIOUS! Service is chefs kiss my family always order a happy meal and boy it’s amazing! My chicken nuggets are always so warm my fries are just the way I love them (soft) and give me extra barbecue! Please come to this McDonald’s!🍟

Been visiting this McDonald’s for over 30 years and seen the efficient, the pleasant and the lacking over time. This morning all 3 of the employees were professional, engaging and moving line along. Good teamwork, Crew!

This is one of the nicer McDonald’s that I’ve been to in this area. I have only been here in the mornings about five times over the past year, every time I’ve been here the food has been fresh and hot and never wrong. The drive-through employees are always smiling and have a good attitude.

The crew was great, but unfortunately, as I found with big name restaurants (non-fast food) in the area, this McDonald's is expersevere staffing shortages. Kudos to the crew. Patience folks.

While at McDonald, if you order a Sausage, Egg & Biscuit sandwich, and you brake down the repas, one can get the illusion of eating two mini toast. Try it !
Eat your proteins as a unit, and you end up w/ the remaining biscuit, ends. And, there you are, ready to eat your mini toast. Ask for a knife & pork, + butter + jelly, and have a ball !

This location morning staff were extremely pleasant, professional and Uber quick. I am not fan nor frequent customer of McDonald's but my 5 yr old daughter wanted to eat breakfast there and the staff made the experience one of my best at McDonald's.

The service was great and my bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was just perfect! The biscuit was flaky. The eggs and cheese were great and the bacon was crispy.

Friendly staff and fast service...restaurant is very clean..but beware of the night shift! Make sure you check your order before you leave the window and beware of the spicy nuggets if they aren't freshly cooked!

This McDonald's does a lot of business! Sometimes that means a bit of a wait, but my order is always correct and fresh
