(Long overdue) I am a frequent shopper of Lululemon in general but this is by far the best location time and time again due to the staff that works here. The level of customer care and support you get here is the best of any lulu store I've been to.

A huge shout out to Dustin who is always so helpful and gives the best recommendations on the pants, shirts, joggers, and polos to get. Even when I don't go with a rec initially, I find myself coming back and getting it eventually and regretting I didn't do it sooner. Dustin and Riley know how to take care of their customers. Definitely a loyal customer to the brand because of them.

I recently had a quality issue with a shirt that was gifted to me from the online lululemon platform. The collar of the shirt became quite stretched out and did not hold its shape (unlike other similar shirts I've purchased from the brand). When I went in to see if I could get a replacement, the staff was extremely understanding and friendly, and guided me through the exchange process. Given the otherwise reluctant culture of retail staff to help customers, I was pleasantly surprised with the graciousness and genuine help given by the staff at this location. I truly felt cared for and that I mattered as a customer of the brand, and not just a transactional exchange. Kudos to the manager and training staff - this location knows how to make customers feel welcomed and appreciated!

After being frustrated with the time it was taking to go back and forth online and via phone with the lululemon GEC, I decided to try to resolve my issue by going into a store. I am so glad I did! The staff was not only understanding but they took the time to help educate me as to what leggings were best for the types of workouts I was doing. I will now be going out of my way to purchase from this location versus online. Thank you so much!

The Educators were very Helpful. In finding New Styles. And were very Welcoming.

Been to this store on multiple occasions and have never had a problem with the staff! They’re always open for you to walk up to them/ask them questions and don’t bombard/annoy you the whole time you’re in the store. (Reading some of these other reviews, I think the customers are the problem… aka. Karen’s but that’s just my opinion since I have worked in retail and know how “luxury” customers can be.) The selection is a little smaller but it is what it is! Would definitely recommend coming here!

I can’t say enough good things about this store. I went to the Avalon store looking for pants and had no luck with not a lot of help. My wife and I went here, and Dustin at this location was awesome. I hate clothes shopping, he sat with me and my wife while I tried on pants. He gave recommendations, grabbed us other sizes, gave us all the info and help with hemming for at least 20 minutes, he was great. Everyone else was friendly as well, but Dustin went above and beyond.

Great store! The staff is amazingly welcoming and friendly. Good selection of staples and new items. Easy parking with lots of other shopping and good restaurant options.

Best lululemon to go to. The sales associates are very helpful and make sure you leave happy! I always come to this location to get my leggings hemmed and they always make it easy.

I’m a total “Karen” when it comes to customer service & let me just say, they above & beyond delivered. Chrissy helped me right when I walked in, pulled at least 20 items for me to try on in my size, & made me feel like a million bucks throughout my entire experience. I will definitely be going to shop here rather than online solely so I can give this store my business, because they deserve every penny they make! Phenomenal!!!!!
