1st off I just want to say I had a great experience at United Motorsports today! I am about as green as it gets in the motorcycle world. If it wasn't for Shawn H helping me I don't think I would have bought the bike I did! Shawn is in my opinion very knowledgeable about motorcycles and sport utility vehicles! The shop was very clean and well kept. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful! I'm very glad I took the time to drive an extra 40 miles out of my way to meet Shawn and the rest of the crew at United Motorsports! They make you really feel like family! Thanks Shawn H!

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable which helped me decide which bike I wanted. By the way I love the bike! The price was good, they made it a smooth process and even delivered it to my house which was very convenient. Shout out to Tyler and Jason I appreciate y’all! I bought my first bike from Shawn at United Motorsports! I was a bit anxious going into a dealership by myself as a woman not knowing a lot about bikes, but Shawn went above and beyond with answering all my questions every step of the way and never made me feel dumb! The girls who work the apparel floor were also very helpful in picking out gloves and a helmet for me! Overall, I had a very good experience with everyone there!

Had an outstanding experience all around. Tyler made it easy for me to buy from out of state without any surprises or hassles. They gave me a great price, installed my accessories and had it all ready to go on time. Tyler’s communication was exceptional- even sending update pics as the accessories were installed. I flew into the Cincinnati airport and was at the dealership via Uber in no time at all so I was able to ride the bike home to Chicagoland the same day. I’d definitely do business with United Motorsports again.

After looking for a couple months for a certain motorcycle I found it at United in Cincinnati. Being over 2hrs away was a little difficult to check it out with my schedule working with Tyler made things easy. He answered all questions and even sent me a walk around video of the bike. I was able to do a majority of the sale over the phone which made my time at there location brief so I could get back home after the purchase. Highly recommend Tyler at the Cincinnati location

We were met with a very enthusiastic and very friendly associate named Destiny! We were looking for a Bluetooth motorcycle helmet. She assisted me in making sure the helmet was the right size. I would highly recommend United Motorsports. You will be treated like family!! 👍🙂

Purchased a new kawasaki vulcan Classic. They found the best financing available for me. Did a great job getting the bike ready. Arron did a great job answering all my questions and getting things ready. Very satisfied.

Mason was very helpful when I came in to buy my new ninja! He also checked in on me a few times after I bought the bike to make sure I was happy with my purchase and did what he could to help me out when I had a question

Punctured a tire in the middle of a multi day ride. With no notice they mounted and balanced the new tire which allowed me to continue my ride.
All employees that I encountered was friendly and helpful.
