Ficarella's Pizzeria

There are a lot of pizza places in Batavia. Some great and some mediocre. What makes Ficarella’s my go to pizza place in town is how consistent they are. Their pickle pizza and Buffalo chicken pizza are definitely the stars of the show in my book. I can always count on my food being fresh and made how I expect it to be made. It’s made in a timely manner. Service in the store has been consistent, fast, professional, and positive in my many experiences with them. You also can’t beat the drive thru - pizza and wings in the drive thru is just genius. The wings are good, I order them well done to ensure they are crispy and very flavorful and never disappointing. The wings could be hotter but that’s WNY for you. The gluten free pizza is quite good (for being gluten free haha) they let you get specialty pizzas on a gluten free crust without charging outrageous amounts for each individual topping, I don’t know any other place that does that in WNY. My kids and husband like the regular pizza, they report that fic’s is never stingy on the cheese like many places. Over all I think this place is worth not just a visit but many return visits. A true staple! On the occasions we have gotten delivery it has been fast with very friendly drivers.

We were never here before. We ordered a sheet pizza to share with family. We thought the sauce had a good balance of acidity in the crust was really good. Usually we don't like really bready crust because it doesn't have a lot of flavor, there's was pretty good.

Some Batavia residents may direct you to Batavias Original or one of the other more flashier pizza places for the best pizza in town. Those residents are jibronies. If you want the BEST pizza and subs in town Ficarella's is the place to order from. And to top it off they are very consistent as well.

Reminisce the way pizza is supposed to taste. Portion sizes for land locked giants and hungry patrons. Staff were very friendly and even referred other restaurants in the area for other cuisine options. I was immediately taken back to memory lane for northeast pizzerias that bring you in from the cold and warm you up with cheesy and freshly baked crust. Pepperonis were real and sausage was super flavorful. I will visit again and bring the wife as she loves Italian cuisine 👍

I've been coming here for about 20 years. I've never had a bad experience or meal. The counter staff has always been personable. Their Friday fish fry is better than anywhere else local. Ficarellas has been and will always be a family staple.

No pizza in Batavia is anywhere near as good as Ficcs pizza. If I could eat it for every meal I would. It’s almost even better the next day. I like to load my pizza up with pepperoni, mushroom and onion and the ratio is perfect. Nothing is overpowering anything else. 10/10 every time, not to mention the service is always amazing. Everyone is so nice.

Thank you so much for having delivery. I'm a truck driver and haven't been able to get food for two days cause of snow . The Raspberry wings were amazing and the meat lovers pizza . Let the delivery girl in the jeep she is highly appreciated

Whoever made the pizza for Sue today I picked up a little after 5 pm did an amazing job. The toppings were spread evenly even to the edge not all in the middle. Thanks for making this one of the best pizza ever. The lady at the cash register great too, very nice customer service.

Absolutely hands down the most genuine restaurant I have ever been to. As out of towners we showed up at 9:55PM, not realizing they close at 10PM. They invited us to dine in with the full open menu, smiles on their faces, the most personable employees. Their food was excellent! Just an overall great atmosphere! Thank you for being so accommodating, very much appreciated!

Most AMAZING true Italian pizza to offer ! Must try the Utica pie , I add a couple toppings but always cooked to perfection! Their chicken fingers, wings, subs, fried dough, pasta dinners are equally as great too. A must stop if your here visiting!

Take out order took 45 minutes for LG pizza and 24 wings. A little long, but sooo delicious!

I love me some fic! I order at least two times a week. The fish fry is the best! I knew I can be picky when it comes to my wings but they always comes through. The staff is the best and so friendly.

Our order is almost always correct, and done in a timely manner. They are accommodating to my daughters restrictive gluten/dairy/sugar free diet as well. Great flavor sauce, too.

The cook accidentally dropped our pizza and had to re-make it.
He immediately apologized in person and quickly had another pizza in the oven in just minutes.
The counter help woman also apologized. They both checked on us twice individually and made sure all was ok each time apologizing again and again for the pizza oven error
This place cares abt its customers and goes above par to make sure you are serviced properly.

Fics is the place to go for pizza and wings in Batavia! Between the wonderful and kind staff to the delicious and amazing food, it’s definitely the best choice. I had their fish fry about 2 weeks ago and it was delicious!! The tartar sauce looked house made and the coleslaw was actually really good! So don’t just have to get pizza and wings, they offer salads, subs, different fried items and their fried dough is spectacular! Just like you’re at the fair. I will always recommend fics to anyone wanting to grab some food or get delivery!

came from Rochester area to enjoy the tomato pie, which is pizza from the 60s. plenty of sicilian type dough and sauce, not just thin dough under a ton of mozzarella with almost no sauce at all 🤮.
