What a fun place! We came here for the first time for the mini puzzle race they hold on Sundays and we were surprised at the size of the place! I've never seen so many different board games in one place. The food and drinks were great too with fast service. Overall it's a relaxed atmosphere that I'd definitely make the drive for again.

I never enjoyed restaurants that had the "pay through a QR code" gimmick. It's just inconvenient! Aside from that, this visit was very fun. The drinks were great. This is far from my first time here as this is my favorite place to visit on Mill Ave. It's nice for friend groups that have a healthy mix of alcohol drinkers and non-alcohol drinkers as they have a great selection of coffee drinks (you can add alcohol to these as well). I had their latte because of course i had to and it was great. If i remember correctly, they stop serving their coffee an hour before they close which is kinda annoying but it's not a big deal. Their game selection is great of course, as all the other reviewers have said.

I recommend this place for anyone and everyone looking to have a great friday night with your friends.

One of Phoenix's best spots. Only $6 per person to grab any board games from their amazing library for hours. Once at the table, you can also order delicious appetizers, drinks and entrees - highly recommend their Cold Brew Flight. Always such a blast and the servers and game gurus are such fun, helpful people (shoutout to Rachel for being awesome and patient). Whether you're going for a date or an outing with family or friends, Snakes and Lattes is always a blast.

Really great place to come and play a vast vast array of board games. We were told they have 1000 games here!! Well priced ($6/person) and comfy. Excellent choice on the bar (including Guinness draught) however there were very little to eat if you choose a plant based/vegan diet - chips or an impossible burger.
Otherwise, super friendly staff, very helpful board game expert (Dom) who was really knowledgeable and friendly!

Go ahead and put that extra hour (or two) on your parking meter.

First but not my last visit. A ton of games, to include a large family (child) friendly selection. Staff was great, service was quick. The food was delicious.

It is in the $15-20 plate range with no kids menu. It would be a wonderful addition but not something that will keep us away!

It was $6 for adults and $3 for kids to play unlimited games. We ended up trying a few new ones and found some things we loved for future family game night.

All in for 4 of us to eat, play, and caffeinate it was north of $100.

Amazing places to come for games, good, drinks and socialising. Great location too. The menu is good and they have vegan/plant based options 🌱🙌🏻 The games selection is fantastic and it’s really organised. The staff are super friendly and happy to help you choose a game or teach you how to play. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

This place is awesome! The food was great the service was amazing! What a cool idea to have every board game ever to try out or spend time playing! I will definitely be back with my family!

The service is great. Drinks were tasty and food was good. There are plenty of games to choose from. Anyone wanting to spend quality time with friends can get together here and play board games with food! Also Korean Chicken Poutine is a must try.

I love this place. The atmosphere and total vibe is awesome. I have never seen crab cake BLT on a menue before so I had to get it and was not disappointed. Would recommend this place to ALL out of towners

Love this spot! The food is great and the atmosphere is fun with games to play while you eat.

This place is a lot of fun with delicious food and drinks and toooons of games to choose from!! The servers were so nice when they were at the table, but you have to use a QR code and order through your phone. And they only come by if there is something to drop off or maybe pick up empty dishes.

I do understand that this type of service probably creates a more positive gaming experience and environment with your friends and family, I just personally prefer the traditional dining style if I'm out somewhere. But I still highly recommend going here, I'll definitely be going back!

Get the nachos! Very spacious and lively atmosphere. The service was excellent. The board game selection was expansive. Highly recommend for a relaxing meal or a fun game night out with friends.

Great place to hang out and get lost in a game or two. I was in a party of 6, and we lost track of time playing only two games. We had so much fun conversating and enjoying good food. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. I only put 4 stares on food because of the price(personally, it could be lower), but that's just me.

So I’m visiting Phoenix all the way from Detroit. I shared a IG story about our experience but felt it also deserved a Google review. Upon walking in we were promptly served waiters by our soon to be best server in Phoenix. Isaiah was super friendly, knowledge and just a happy human. I say that because I feel most restaurants have horrible service by individuals who rather be at home. He checked on us, encouraged us to add sides to our lunch (salad and pretzel ) were a good choice. He kept our waters full and even got me to order a chai and made it dirty. If I lived here I would make this spot and Isaiah my regular spot. The games were also fun and this place is pretty cool.

Clean in general. The food was good. I liked the high ceiling and openness of the cafe interior.

I enjoyed playing Splendor with my family. Their website is pretty convenient because you can research what they have ahead.

My favorite activity restaurant to go for celebrations. Has so many board games that even with the amount of times I’ve been here, I still haven’t scratched 10% of them. Excelllent culture of staff as there are game hosts who are very knowledgeable of fun and all board games. Food is great but a little pricey.

This restaurant has such a cool concept! You can order from a server or from a tablet, which is so awesome if you’re introverted or just want to hang out and play games. The staff is incredibly friendly and a nice waiter even helped us choose a board game that he thought we would enjoy and explained the rules! He seemed to genuinely love his job and helping people have great experiences. The food and coffee was good too!

Brilliant concept! I'd never been to a board game cafe until Snakes. Super friendly and attentive service. The game masters are more than happy to walk you through the basics of any game you're interested in. They have sooo many to choose from so have fun and try something new!

Definitely suggest making reservations in advance as this place can fill up quickly. Parking can be a challenge so factor that in to your arrival.

Food selection is quite good and so are the coffees and teas. Great place for a meetup with friends or a fun, memorable date.

We had a very large group here on the patio and couldn't have asked for anything better. The food and drinks were incredible. Didn't taste a bad thing from the menu and we ordered a lot of stuff. The servers took excellent care of us and made sure we were all happy. A+, keep up the awesome work!!

Love! Love! Love! I’ve had this place on my bucket list ever since it opened and finally went. They have such a huge collection of games for everyone. The food and drinks were great, service was outstanding and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable with the games. We loved every moment! There were games we had saved on our Amazon wishlist and finally got to try them before buying and even added a few new games to our list! What a crazy cool concept. We will definitely be back!
