Taco Bus

Cool set up inside the bus for dining with additional tables outside. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I didn't have to wait long for my meal to be prepared. I had the 3 taco lunch special the other day and the tacos were so hefty. The hot sauce is very hot btw. Fair warning!

The authentic cuisine of the Taco Bus, although moderately pricey, never disappoints. Food is made fresh daily right there on the bus with much love that comes out in the flavor.

We got the Elote and Al pastor burrito with beans and rice and flan! All were delicious! And they have indoor and outdoor seating! Such a cute and genius idea!

Really great stop for authentic Mexican food. The tacos and enchiladas are delicious. It’s a bit pricey but a good option when passing thru Alpine and looking for a nice lunch. The staff are polite and friendly. There is outside seating when the weather suits.

Seven of us visiting from WI. Had a wonderful dinner! Food was great. Service was great! Will definitely stop again before we leave.

Talk about fun Mexican restaurant. Stopped by here after going off-roading in Alpine. Loved the bus and the food was great!

Excellent. Fun atmosphere. A local recommended this place and it was so good! I had the chicken enchiladas with cream sauce and they were super tasty. My husband had the veggie burrito and enjoyed the spinach and other fillings. Can't beat the fun experience of eating in a school bus. Good food and friendly fast service.

Really awesome tacos, we are so happy every time we come here. All of the options are good, my favorite are the pork. Classic street tacos and good variety of soda options! Also really awesome beans and rice, authentic. They’re pretty quick too.

Looking for a Mexican food fix in the middle of Wyoming? Well, not really the middle but you get the point! The tacos are incredible. Great carnitas, carne asada, and asado. Friendly service and a nice outdoor seating area to eat. Highly recommend.

The Taco Bus is right in the heart of Alpine. You can’t miss it!

Such a special place, very unique. And the food is top quality, not what you'd expect from a food truck. Had the asada torta and loved it!

Delicious authentic food! Nice people and we were able to park the trailer along the road for a great lunch while traveling. The shrimp tacos and shredded burrito was excellent but the "medium" salsa was the big surprise. It was a bit hot but worth the burn!

Amazing Taco Bus!!!! Stop in for some amazing tacos!! I had Chile Rellinos Enchilada and it was THE most amazing Chili Rellionos I've ever had....ever!! The chicken Enchilada was also super tasty!! The beans and rice were also on point with their hot sauce. The hot sauce was hot and sooooo good!! Don't miss this amazing little taco bus!!! Definitely stop by if you are going through or stopping for some adventures in the area.

Some of the best Mexican food ever!!!! They even give you a good amount of shrimp for your nachos unlike most places they throw like 3 pieces in and call it shrimp nachos (or whatever dish you get). I was pleasantly surprised with that. And their tacos and quesadillas are amazing. And the service is always great. They're always nice and accommodating. Everyone I know in town LOVES this place. We recommend it to everyone we know and meet. Never leave us taco bus.

Really enjoyed my stop at the Taco Bus. The food was great, the service was great, and the prices were very reasonable. I definitely recommend the tacos. I had one of each and they were all good. I especially liked the shrimp. I highly recommend a stop at the Taco Bus if you are in the area.

Awesome food very authentic and the salsa was awesome! We ordered several dish but somehow only took a pic of one! Must have been too good to wait! Food was quick and filling after a great day on the river.

So excited they are open again! Best Mexican food any where close by! Friendly service. Clean ‘bus’. Amazing fresh food. They pack a lot of flavor in their dishes and they all compliment each other. Some Mexican restaurants over season with one spice and its overwhelming . The flavors burst in the food they serve here. I definitely recommend!

We loved this place! Super fresh and tasty food. The Spicy Pork Tacos were amazing, as were the enchiladas. Even the refried beans and rice were unique. Everything was full of flavor. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Delicious al pastor. Nice little touches like preventing tortilla sogginess or wrapping their burritos properly. Did not expect to have access to good Mexican food in Alpine (that we didn't make ourselves). Will be a regular at the Taco Bus
