The NICEST MOST POLITE service I have ever had. It’s those little details that make things right. Two different people and excellent customer service from both! When people do a good job, it’s important to let them know. Both gentlemen were ON POINT!

This may be probably the most professional and well runed Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. The drive thru staff is second to known.

Miguel is an awesome guy. Makes great coffee and his customer service is 5 star. He made my and another customers day with his smile and service !

This Dunkin Outlet serves the Community well. The meals are properly prepared and the staff offers reasonable service to the customers. They seem to be doing good business in this Marketplace in which they are located.

I ate my food, I wanted to go to the bathroom to wash my hands, it was closed. They said it was closed. That's a very bad thing.

Great service and it is probably the cleanest Dunkin Donuts I've ever seen; all the time.

The blonde Spanish lady(mngr) is the nicest. Always fast and on point. Short black guy...hustling even running to kitchen to get things done. Older lady making toasted stuff and what have you good. Heavy set girl in front RUDE. I ordered on dunkin app before going there. Just a frozen chocolate. I asked if my order was made at pickup window. She said I'm all alone. Not what I asked but I said nothing more and waited patiently. I watch several people arrive order and leave with merch so I finally asked why did all those people get their orders when they all ordered after me. She got loud and said I told you I'm alone. What does that have to do with taking the orders in the order they come? She tried to get loud because she couldn't handle the pressure but I cannot have another person get loud with me. I will not tolerate that from anyone. So of course, I responded, albeit respectfully and with clean language. She is very rude and practically had a meltdown, because she can't handle the job. Luckily, the manager lady stepped in and asked what I needed, but before she could even take care of it the short black guy was already on it. Thank you very much to that guy, as you already had a lot on your plate. Thank you to the manager for stepping in even though your employee was still being loud once you and I we're done. All in all great place and clean but that one girl needs to find a new job. Spent a lot of time in the customer service industry and people like her always got fired for the same.

When there isn't a line down 3 blocks this place is great! The regular staff is super friendly and know my friend and I's order by heart and are always as fast as can be

I had a DT order but I had to switch to in store pick up. The whole team was amazing, friendly, and in good spirits. You all were great! Although it was busy, they worked through it fast.

I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who had specifically helped me. She saw I had been waiting and grabbed what I needed. She was a black woman with shaved down hair, salt and pepper. Thank you!

I love this place. Almost every morning the lady at the speaker is so nice and she always greets with great attitude. I love this lady. Also my lattes are always good. Always get my order right. This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts ever!

OMG I love their donuts ! I know they should be the same as all the other DD but this DD had the most fresh, soft and delicious of them all!

I love how hast they are. They are usually very accurate with orders. All staff are very welcoming.

It does get really busy but wait time on drive thru is at least 8 minutes. But if you go inside it is always a in and out stop.

This is the best D&D in the state of NJ. The food is always fresh.. Never stale like some other D&D I've been too. If you like your coffee a certain way here they make it just like you like it with a smile and have a nice day. My go to before work or when I need a pick me up or have a sweet tooth. 👍

great customer service

its possibly the best donkin donuts in the area. the morning staff is great, very attentive. cordial and nice. this dd is constantly packed and i'm not surprised. the quality of service is 10 out of 10. everything is great. the parking is another story.. if your walking there you will have no problem, but if your just driving to park in the lot it will be the hardest lot to get out of. everyone going thru the drivethru is probably late to work and are so arrogant nobody will let you pass in to get out of here. if you don't care about waiting i will say a little prayer for you. this is where road rage is quite the thing. just becareful. and enjoy your purchases because in the end its just coffee and donuts..

I live on the Westside of Paterson and literally have 5 Dunkin Donuts in walking distance or a 5 minute drive away and I drive all the way to this Dunkin!! I don’t know what you do to your donuts and coffee but PLEASE don’t stop!! The coffee is ALWAYS on point and let me tell you about those donuts..they are ALWAYS so soft and fluffy. One time I bought some on a Sunday, totally forgot I had them, left them in the bag on my kitchen table and MONDAY NIGHT they were as soft as the day before, I swear to you. The staff are always so friendly and although it’s ALWAYS busy, they are fast..the reason they are always busy is because they definitely have the BEST DONUTS AMD COFFEE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Thank you all for you delicious products and friendly service!!

Whether I do mobile orders or walk in everybody is always super kind, friendly, and usually very fast. It's always very clean.

I stop in here nearly every day after work, and I think this is one of the better managed Dunkins I've been to. Fresh donuts and muffins, efficient and friendly staff (seriously, they are so nice), and free wi-fi. I'm not really sure if there's a point in reviewing a Dunkin Donuts since they're everywhere, but I guess not every DD is made equal -- this is definitely one of the better ones.

I like when I go into a restaurant or anywhere for service and you can actually joke with the person behind the counter.
What would your son like to have this morning? My reply was as soon as my mom answer the phone and remind me what my dad would like for breakfast this morning. so she was like okay this is a grandpa trip isn't it
