I had damaged my bumper cover on my 2011 Ford Taurus and Brock Garber at Woodhams Ford took excellent care of me with ever step of the process. Got the part ordered and painted and installed in record time and I was in and out in a few hours. I’m extremely happy with the entire process.

At Woodhams Ford Lincoln they went out of their way to accommodate my wife and me. Everything was smooth and effortless for us. We were well taken care of.

Woodhams is a great example of why communities should continue to support their local commercial enterprises. The staff care and go out of their way to support their customers when “Big Brother Ford” is doing his best to stick his head firmly in the sand and ignore the customers needs. When I was in dire need of help last Friday and Saturday, Woodhams incredible service team came to my rescue. I was traveling from Chicago to Grand Rapids when I experienced major car issues and my car would not start or run. Early Saturday morning, I was able to get right in and giving a prognosis of what was wrong with my car. Even though they had a busy schedule, they fit me in and told me my car would be ready by Tuesday afternoon.
Shaun and his team were amazing and got my car fixed and running by Tuesday afternoon. I was able to pick up my car and head back to Chicago by that night.
Even though I was just passing through, they treated me like I was a local would be coming in for service all the time. That is the type of service that makes everyone feel important. I would highly recommend Don Woodhams Ford to anyone

We have been satisfied customers of Don Woodhams, Inc. for years. Most recently, they helped me through the purchase and orientation of my new Bronco Sport, also assisting me with adding accessories after purchase. The service department worked me in last minute and at the end of the day on Friday to fix a flat tire so I could feel safe driving out of town for the weekend. The entire enterprise is 5 out of 5 stars!

Yesterday, our 33rd anniversary, we opted to drive to South Haven. Shortly before we reached our destination, we drove over a bungee cord and the hook got stuck in one of our car tires. We limped to Woodhams Ford, showed them our dilemma, were treated very kindly, and 15 minutes later they had plugged the tire and we were on our way again. Wonderful service, friendly people, nice facilities, and NO CHARGE! AMAZING!!!

We ordered a new bronco sport from them. From day one they kept us updated on the progress of the vehicle.
They made the whole process of purchasing the car easy, explained everything in great detail. Ross and Jonathon were both very friendly and easy to work with. We are totally satisfied with thpurchase and the service.

Done. Woodham's Ford always provides excellent service. They can usually fit me in quickly. Prices are fair and they've even offered me a loaner or dropped me off at home in the past. Quality of work is excellent.

Integrity. It is becoming a rare commodity. But not at Woodham's! I was shopping for a new used MKX and found the one for me at Woodham's. After test driving it, we discovered a couple of minor issues. Woodham's respectfully agreed to fix the issues. Since 2020, we have learned that things don't always go the way we expect them. This was true for my new car purchase. The repairs ended up taking longer than expected due to many different things. Through it all, the communication was open, honest, and good. And the wait was worth it! I received excellent, friendly customer service, and a new-to-me car I love!
